Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Food here is really good !! I got a slice of supreme pizza, it was massive !! The staff is extremely friendly and the food is hot and fresh!! They have a wide variety of stuff to choose from, pizza, pasta, salads etc. if your in the Altamonte mall and craving Italian check this place out!!

Incredible! The pizza is fresh, full of flavor, and has a light, crispy crust. The place is perfect for a quick break between shopping, but still just as delicious. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is ideal for enjoying a meal without rushing. Perfect for enjoying alone or with friends. I’ll definitely be back.

Don’t eat here. Spaghetti sauce was watered down, and had no flavor. She plated the food and then put it into the microwave to heat!! I’ve learned over the years that hot food should stay hot and cold food should stay cold or else you can get food poisoning. Plus the lady couldn’t speak English!! I mean come on!

However, my son wanted pizza. Cool it came with a drink and chips for $8! Pretty pricey is you ask me..
He ended up not liking the pizza (only took a small bite he’s 4..) and I asked if I can just get another bag of chips… Then the gentleman stated in Spanish well the pizza will just go to waste and in the garbage. Not the answer that any customer wants to hear when they just spent money and didn’t even get to eat the pizza.. pretty ridiculous if you ask me. $8.14 for a small drink, chips , and a “pizza” which wasn’t even edible…

The lady didn’t speak English. No bid deal, I’m Spanish, but others in line were having a hard time. I used to love their pizza. I won’t be ordering here anymore. I only ordered one slice of cheese pizza. It was cold and I had to ask to heat it up. Not tasty like it used to be. Very disappointed.

I hate to leave bad reviews but al though the people were very nice and friendly, the food is just plain horrible. I’ve been here a few times before and thinking maybe things have changed I ordered yet again. The food quality is horrible. Watered down sauce that taste like tap water and sauce from a can. I’ve eaten at 3 other villa Italian kitchens near by and none of them taste like this. If this is a franchise, you have ruined the villa taste. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Just plain blah and not good food.

I work in the mall and they no longer give The mall staff discount. register person ringing Items wrong , me and my coworker got the same thing the one week and got charged two different prices. Another time I was there on my hour lunch and I’m waiting for them to take my order the young kid who’s taking orders is just standing in front of the oven and talking to a his coworker, & checking his phone. I use to love this place, New owners i believe. I know i will be ordered from out the mall going forward. Good luck.

Lady that took my order didn’t speak English and had to go to the back to get someone else to explain things to her. Then she put cheese on top of my food without putting on a glove or using a tool. Also the sauce is more oil than tomato. Was not worth it. I’ll never fo there again.
