Always a great experience at this Subway! The staff is friendly, fast, and pays attention to the little details that make a sandwich perfect. Everything was fresh — from the bread to the veggies — and the place was clean and well-organized. My order was made exactly how I wanted, and the ingredients tasted much better than what I’ve had at other locations.
Definitely my go-to spot when I want something quick, tasty, and customizable. Highly recommend!

This Subway clearly cares more about posting fake looking positive reviews than actually serving customers. Every time I come in, the staff acts like they don’t want to be there or don’t want to serve people at all. There’s an attitude problem, zero customer service, and no sense of urgency or professionalism.
It honestly makes you wonder where the people are who used to run this place, because the current experience is nothing like what Subway should be. If you’re going to be open, at least act like you want customers.

Customers are an inconvenience here! First, the employee on break in the dining area had her bare feet up on a chair. Second, the chairs & tables were so close together that you couldn’t sit down. Third, all 3 employees were too busy with their phones to clean anything. Finally, there was nothing (no paper towels, no air dryer) to dry your hands. It’s like customers they don’t want customers!

They didn’t have the bread I wanted the lettuce looked old and they were out of just about every topping. So I just ordered a turkey bacon sandwich in which she chopped up my bacon. And to top it off she put my food in a dollar tree bag. I want be going back to this location.

I will never order from this store again first of all they put raw bacon on my sandwich then heated it up on top of that the cheese wasn’t melted and the cheese slices was whole for some odd reason not cut in half i had to go back in the store twice and it was still wrong on top of that cookies felt and tasted a day old the chocolate chips on the cookie look stale need new people or need to shut down

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. The sandwich specialist preparing my order had noticeable black dirt buildup under all of his fingernails, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. On top of that, the food didn’t look fresh at all — the vegetables looked wilted and unappetizing, and the overall presentation was unappealing. The combination of these issues completely ruined my appetite. Because he was almost finish with my sandwich when I noticed his dirty nails, I paid for the sandwich and immediately threw it away. Cleanliness and food quality are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this visit fell short on both. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The customer service is horrible here. I placed an online order arrived at the location 30 mins prior to closing and the doors were locked. The 2 associates continued to talk and didn’t acknowledge me or the other customer at the door. They proceeded to clean and eventually turn the lights out. Mind you my order was paid for already and the funny part is that they both left with food in their hands.
