I went at 7:12 and they were closed. The employees were still inside behind the counter so I knocked and they hand signaled it was closed. So I left, but thought it was strange because I thought they were open until 8 so I checked Google and it did say they were supposed to be open. Hopefully they either change their hours of operation or put employees who are willing to work until they are supposed to.

Always has so many varieties of flavors of freshly made ice creams. My goal is to try out each and every one of the flavors they offered but I always end up getting cotton candy & cookies and cream flavor because they are just sooo goood… 🙂

Good icecream bad business
Hours online posted closes at 9:00, hours on the store front posted 9:00. The door to the place is propped open the time 8:30. My wife and daughter go in to get icecream for the rest of us. She is met by a woman that would only respond with closed. Im glad we drove because we checked the hours and almost walked. I was referring people to this place but will no longer. I originally gave a five star but changed ot to one. My family and I will drive right by this place from this point forward. I have never been treated this way at cool king. Loyal customers out.

Young man preparing food doesn’t wear gloves especially during these times. He’s working the cash machine and preparing food. I mentioned it to him and his response was that his hands were clean. Anyway, not going there again.

Ice Cream:
I love the various flavors that they have! I know Michoacana from when we go back to Mexico to visit family. Everything from mamey to cajeta with maria cookies <3. The artificial flavors like bubblegum are not my favorite, but I'm sure kids will love it.
They offer different snacks, juices, and crepes in addition to the ice cream.
Service:
I was really excited to see that they had opened a Michoacana near to our place but was disappointed by the customer service. The only person to pay attention to us was a girl that was handing out samples to all 4 people that were in there at 8 pm. One of the girls blatantly ignored us and took care of someone that just walked in when we were next in line. They also said they didn’t have any watermelon drinks when the person before us had just gotten one, it was a little annoying.

The ice cream is good, but on the t.v. screen there were inappropriate videos for a family with kids that go to get ice cream, the volume was really high so we could not hear each other or the attendents.
