Jose and His Restaurant on Wheels here in La Puente is as Good as It Gets! Seriously!! Although I’ve been out or the lunch truck scene for over a decade! But if All Lunch Trucks were like Jose’s, Restaurants would be going out or business Left and Right! He’s got an Amazing Operation here! Food that will Knock Your Socks Off!! And prices that are sooo low, you’d think you were back in the 70’s!! The food that comes out or the kitchen here is worthy of the Finest Mexican restaurant in Puerto Vallarta or Cancún! In addition to being a Solid Food Truck, you’ve got Jose who is soo humble with work ethic that isn’t seen anymore.
In fact the food her Must be good as it was the first time I’ve seen law enforcement (two of La Puente’s Finest) enjoying a Code 7!
Gracias, Jose!

My wife and I go to this taco truck a lot. She loves the tacos de tripa from here. However, after tonight I don’t think we’ll go back. While eating a taco de tripa she bit down on a rock and broke her tooth. That means they don’t clean the tripa very well. I called to inform them, they just said sorry and that was it. Now we gotta pay for dental work.

Came here for dinner ordered 4 tacos which came out to $10 total. Not entirely sure if I was overcharged but I didn’t complain. Inflation happens.

Al pastor had a lot of chewy fat.
Salsas were bland with no spice or flavor for either or. The quesadilla we also ordered aside from the tacos came with so much grease.

The service is great they serve your needs but their food can definitely be average.

Love love love their carne asada torta and shrimp tacos. I also love their onions that they give with fried Serrano. Also their habanero salsa is to die for
This taco truck has been my number one option and the price is very reasonable.

I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. My husband and I loved this place and come here often, but lately hasn’t been good. Last time my huarache was stale and today there was plastic in my chicken taco and the chicken wasn’t seasoned how it used to. The chicken was more bland today. Not happy about it. Time to find a better spot.

They are so very nice, down to earth people. If you can make it try ordering ahead and a must here is the tostaditas, that is their signature dish.

Super fresh and gets packed fast. Everything I had was great even nacho chips tasted like homemade tortillas. Great prices bought nachos, 3 tacos, a burrito, multia all for 25. Great and well worth it. Green sauce is perfect bit of spicy, lips numb but not burning. This place is a must and I will be back.

Shout out to the best tacos/ taco truck I have ever come across!!

Me and my girlfriend have been dying for tacos for two weeks straight- But working two jobs takes a toll on not only us but our r time as well.
Last night after work we said screw it, and searched up local taco trucks in the area that accept cc and ended up here.

They have many meat options which are appreciative being I love the weird meats! Kimberly who was the cashier and assisted us by taking our order- was kind enough to let us try Carne asada tostadita (since I did inquire what this was) and OMG!! The asada was bursting with flavor and juice! I cant stand when you end up with dry meat! it was perfectly salted to taste. The beans were also perfect and not bland nor overpowering!

My girl is a plain jane and ordered asada tacos- But not me lol
I ordered a buche burrito with only meat and cheese (onion/cilantro) A taco of chorizo, cabesa and lengua and all four meats were exceptionally seasoned! (will try the cabesa fries as per recommended by kimberly)

the salsa was spicy but flavorful as well!

I will def. be back- Actually I think I just found a new go-to in general.
Thank you for the love you put in your tacos!
