I called the store directly on 2-12-26 around 9:55pm to inform them that my young son found a black hard piece of plastic baked under the cheese in his pizza. The employee that I spoke with first said her name was Shira then when I stated I was calling corporate after her disgusting attitude about the situation she stated her name was Samantha. The employee argued me down that there could not have been any black hard plastic in the pizza because they do not have any black hard plastic in their store. She was very uninterested, insensitive, and disgustingly rude! She put me on hold for a minute, when she returned to the phone I asked for a manager and she stated that she had just told him what happened and he could not come to the phone because he was too “busy” making 5 orders. Are you kidding me?! I asked for the managers name and she said John. Again, I’m disgusted with the poor customer service; unprofessional and inappropriate behavior! There needs to be some remedial training PRONTO! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

I give 4 stars cause they are great most of the time. Been ordering here for almost 2 years for our family pizza night. Had a few issues here and there but Def one of the better locations ive dealt with! Would choose this dominos over pizza hut and papa johns in the local area.

Worse experience yet! I’ve been telling them since they opened about not being able to order delivery online. I have to order carry out to get the online discounts. Then I have to call the store to change it to delivery. Pay the delivery fee separately from the order. This time it totally screwed the order up. When I call the store you get a 3rd party person (not at the store) hung up 3 different times while trying transfer me “to the store” finally get the actual store to change to delivery. Get the order it’s not correct when I call back to question the response is they system overrode the coupon you picked with a different coupon. Not only was that not an acceptable answer but completely illogical. It chose the 50% off but still sent the items on the other coupon. I was literally told “Yea I know it sucks but what are you going to do?”

Ordered today and the wings tasted stale and frozen. Also the pizza had no flavor, kinda tasted like water. Very bland. Complete trash and a waste of 75 dollars.

I have never seen a restaurant cleaner and nicer especially on a Saturday. The staff here really nice, really polite, just really on point.

It’s Domino’s Pizza. Never had any problems with mistaken orders or customer service. I always order carryout, so your mileage may vary.
Only criticism is to stop asking for tips on carryout, but that’s corporate and not the store.

I place an order online spent almost $100 dollars and I keep calling the store when I receive my order since items was missing. Dude keep saying dominos pizza how may I help you 10x times like he didn’t hear no one. This place need to do better. This is not the first time missing items it happen I just let things slide this time I’m sick and tired of people not paying attention on they job.

We ordered from this location for the first time for dinner, we got two pizzas, cheesy bread, and dessert. It was delivered fairly quick and everything was good except for one of the pizzas. One of the pizzas ordered was a small BBQ, bacon, chicken, garlic, onion and jalapeño pizza and what was delivered was a small BBQ, green pepper, onion, and a ridiculous amount of garlic (and I like garlic) but it was like a complete layer of just straight garlic. Hopefully this was just an off night because we like dominos.
