First time there and will go back again. Food was delicious and hot. The prices were very reasonable and comparable to their competitor across the road surprisingly. Had the Swiss, shroom, and thin sliced beef (think @rby’s). Both the burger and Swiss beef sandwich were very good.

We have been driving past this beefaroo since last summer and we decided we needed to try it. It is a step up from Arby’s. We did have to wait a little bit in line but then the lady comped us for that weight. So that was really nice to confirmed that we had to wait too long and give us something for that weight. Too bad this place couldn’t put McDonald’s out of business. The burgers are the best in the area, to include the bars and sit down restaurants. It’s a little slow being made to order, but it’s to the point that McDonald’s is even slower for garbage tasting food.

I was traveling through the area and when i was the name of this place I knew I had to try it… So not really knowing what it was, I arrived and something I thought I would be trying for novelty… Turned out to be one of the best fast foods I’ve ever had.
They even had a $6 Junior combo.
Their roast beef sandwich blew Arby’s out of the water on quality. That’s not to mention their fries, ohmigeezus their fries.
I’m usually one that gives my fries away after eating like three. I. Ate. Every. Last. Fry.
I don’t know what their secret is, but they’re amazing.
The only thing I enjoyed more, was the staff. Awesome people with the kindest demeanor.
I wish there were a sixth star to give them bonus points.

The fries!!! Oh My goodness they were so good! Took me back to my childhood! They were hot, salty, and had just the right amount of crisp to squish ratio! The fries were the highlight for me but the burgers were on point as well. They were definitely made to order and tasted great! My husband got a shake as well, it was creamy and sweet and had sprinkles throughout. We’ll be stopping by here every time we pass through Rose city now!

Hopefully ordering ahead is an option now or in the near future. The drive thru took about 20 minutes for 2 meals.
We got chicken tenders, 2 burgers, and fries. The chicken tenders are good, the fries were maybe lukewarm, and the burger was incredibly overcooked. Both burgers were cooked beyond well-done, to the point where the meat has the charcoal-y flavor.
If we do stop sometime in the future, it’ll have to be ordered ahead, and we will try the roast beef sandwiches or go with the safe route of chicken tenders. I hate going to McDonald’s, but this was a hard sell, when looking for a quick option on the road north.
I will give the workers some credit. Both people we interacted with were incredibly nice and friendly. So at least the service was good.

Beef-A-Roo in Rose City is a hidden gem! The sandwiches were moist and flavorful, the buns were fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and the shakes were absolutely delicious. Everything is made to order, but it came out quickly. There’s a convenient drive-thru and a few picnic tables, though no dine-in area since it’s built from three shipping containers—very cool! It’s the perfect stop in a charming Up North town, close to Rifle River Recreation Area and tons of outdoor adventures. Great food, fast service, and a fun local vibe!

I’ve never been here and probably won’t be back. With 2 cars in front of me it’s 20 minutes later when they told me ten and I’m still waiting for a burger and a small shake. Don’t bother stopping here on way to I75. So another 5 minutes later a guy comes out and gives the car behind me 2 huge bags of food and then brought me mine. The bottoms of the bag was already soaked with grease so it was sitting somewhere for a while before I got it. And then it was cold and raw. Please don’t waste your time and money.

Definitely not at all a good burger or fries. If you like an overcooked burger that tastes like compressed cardboard with liquid smoke, then be my guest. Also wait until you see the size of the fries. I know the prices of things are up all over and is to be expected. However I have had a better time scratching a $10.00 lotto ticket and not winning anything.
Service was good, but the food I tossed out. I won’t be back.
