Terrible. Paid $16 for the world’s flattest sub. I did an online order for a turkey tom and asked to add pickles and onion, it was missing both, then I asked for light mustard and it was on there so much that it leaked out of the bottom when I took a bite. It barely had any turkey, two little slice and no toppings except lettuce and 2 tomato’s. It was more bread and mustard than anything. This place is the same price as jersey mikes for not even half the quality. Will not return. Now I know why this restaurant is always empty when I drive by.

I know this place has to be struggling when the sandwiches look like they do. 3 thin slices of meat is barely 2 ounces, lettuce and tomato just thrown on the bread. No love, no finesse, and it’s a shame because the flavor is there but the workers made our sandwiches in about 30 seconds and it shows in the photo. To the the owner, get better help and don’t pinch people. I have a lobster roll shop in the area and my meat costs $40/lb but I do not skimp and people come back because of it.

It took a hour to have my sub delivered I live 5 minutes away. This place has messed up my food sooooo many times. But I was in a hurry and thought having it delivered would save me some time. What a joke it took an hour to arrive and it was mediocre at best. This will for sure be my last time ordering anything from this place. So much for freaking fast delivery

It was the first time ordering Jimmy John’s sandwiches, and I think this location ruined it for us. First of all, you don’t have a chance to tell what you want or do not want on your sandwich like Jersey Mike’s does. I get sick when I eat mayo, and I ordered a #9 because mayo was not listed in the ingredients. What do I get? A skimpy sandwich loaded with mayo, and very little lettuce. The bread was kind of hard, as well. perhaps they toast the outside? To add insult to injury, an employee walks into the restaurant to start her shift without shoes on, just socks. She walked in with shoes in her hand, and looking like she had just got out of bed. She walked into the kitchen while still holding her shoes in her hands. Who does that?

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. I quit going last summer after the 3rd time of them making me a terrible sandwich. We stopped into today and it was the same issue. I won’t be coming here ever again. NEVER EVER EVER.

Every time I get a sub, no matter where, I tell them to put EVERYTHING on it EXCEPT TOMATOES. I don’t know how that’s confusing. No other place in the entire country has ever struggled with what that means. However, every time I come here it completely baffles whomever is at the counter. They start asking induvidual stuff and I tell them YES to EVERYTHING BUT TOMATOES. Put EVERYTHING ON IT.

Then the person making the sandwich looks at me like I’ve spoken Chinese. I use hand gestures, clear language, hell I’ve even grabbed the freebie board and pointed at each thing so they can comprehend with a visual representation of what EVERYTHING means. Without fail I either get just TOMATOES, or half of the freebies. Today was no mustard, cucumbers, sprouts, oil or vinegar, about 1/3 of everything.

$35 for 2 subs and my girl’s BLT looked like they put the avocado spread on with a sledge hammer. The bacon was undercooked, cold, and at least a day old. The tomatoes she got were slimy, unripe, and unedible.

Seriously, go across the street to Little River Deli this place is a dumpster fire as seen in the other terrible reviews.

I understand good help is hard to find, but at least try to hire teens who can read… Not knowing to put bacon on a Club Lulu is is ridiculous. I recommend skipping this location if you want what you pay for.

Sandwich’s were pretty good. Would recommend watching them make it as both of our Sandwiches had wayyyy to much mayonnaise on them. After scraping most of the mayonnaise away they were pretty good. Staff was nice and seemed rather clean

We had never eaten at a Jimmy John’s, figured we’d give it a try. Was very impressed with the quality of the food, good size portions that had that fresh prepared taste and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable, made the ordering process much easier. I’d definitely recommend the chicken Cesar wrap, the garlic herb wrap it’s prepared in and the dressing were phenomenal, chicken was tender and juicy and the mini crutons were the perfect combination and added just the right texture to match the flavors, we’ll definitely be back !!

I ordered online and I really wish I’d looked at the reviews on Yelp first. I have an allergy to raw tomato and cucumbers so I asked those to be excluded from my sub. I live about 15 mins away and didn’t open the sub til I got home only to find everything I’d selected to be excluded was put on and none of the things I’d asked to get added were. I called and they apologized and offered to remake the sub but that would have been an additional 30 minutes of driving- so I asked for a refund. That still left me with the time I’d spent driving and no dinner so I think they should have offered something additional. I won’t be returning here and I’d recommend you choose a different location if you want JJs.

My delivery order took two hours. By the time the sandwiches arrived, the bread was incredibly soggy and that ruined the meal. I sent feedback to Jimmy John’s, but no one from the store contacted me.
