The gentleman at the front that took my order was very nice. I told him no tomatoes on my sandwich. When I receive my sandwich, it had tomatoes on it. I told the guy about it. He said his bad. Then I asked for extra mayo. They didn’t put that on there so I went to the desk and talk to the gentleman who said he was the manager. He told me that they don’t do refunds that I had to just deal with it and that they were forcing me to continue to keep my sandwich, but There is no signs posted That says no refund. Then he told me that they were franchising he doesn’t have to give me a refund.

we do orders online for sandwiches, chips, drinks, etc. Depending on the time of the day, it can be fairly quick, but if it’s during lunch time it can take a little longer. The staff are always super friendly when we go in, but we love the delivery, order directly on their website, you can even do joint and everyone pay for their seperate orders, etc.. Super convenient and easy and they do follow the instructions you leave with regards to the order and the delivery! Love that!!!

Don’t waste your money here, you will get sick. Mgmt. doesn’t care if employees text on their phones, don’t change their gloves, and then make your sandwich. Couldn’t believe it, wondered why my online order wasn’t ready when I came in, along with at least 10 other people waiting for their food. Guy with black hair and glasses standing at sandwich counter texting on his phone. I actually asked him, “ are you seriously texting with gloves on right now”, he laughed at me, continued texting then went back to making sandwiches without changing his gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Called the corporate phone number to discuss what happened, told them I had to throw my $12 sandwich away as it was made with dirty gloves and I described the employee and also described exactly what happened. Never heard back from anyone. No “I’m so sorry” No nothing. Definitely didn’t receive my $12.00 back. Do they not care about food safety and spreading disease? Your phone is dirty. Your gloves are dirty after using your phone. Change your damn gloves before making me my $12.00 sandwich. Avoid at all costs unless you don’t care about disgusting people touching your food with dirty hands. Spend your hard earned money at ANY PLACE ELSE other than this Jimmy John’s. Jersey Mikes is right around the corner. Go there instead. At least they follow proper food handling protocols.

As a prior employee of Jimmy John’s I was disappointed with my visit today. I came in at 11:30am on Sunday and all of the floor mats were still rolled up and leaning against the booths. As the only customer in there I asked the cashier if they were open, because it didn’t appear as so. They were open. I ordered a BLT, to which my prior knowledge it is standard to take the bread out. The employee started making the sandwich without taking the bread out. I asked if they still take bread out on BLTs, to which the employee answered “we can, it just depends on who is making your sandwich”. Interesting response. So then they asked if i do indeed want the bread out, to which I responded yes. I asked for the sandwich cut in half but they only cut it partially. I think it would be good for the employees to uphold the consistency of the menu so that customers can receive consistent sandwiches, rather than something different depending on which individual is making their sandwich. Additionally, it may be helpful to encourage employees to allow customers to finish verbally ordering their sandwich before interrupting to ask if the customer wants to up-charge for cheese.

Quite possibly some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Wasn’t greeted at all upon entering—one of their workers was on her phone right next to me at a table (likely taking a break, but incredibly unprofessional to do so publicly like that and then not acknowledge a customer entering). The one worker who was behind the counter also didn’t greet me; one measly, unenthusiastic “be right with you” was all he could muster, and I had stood there for nearly a min when he said this. When he finally did help me, he didn’t make eye contact a single time, seemed disinterested in helping me. I’ve worked in a sandwich shop before and this behavior is so sub par it’s not even funny. Get better or get a different job. On top of this, there were a bunch of boxes of supplies on the tables at the front of the restaurant, the main outdoor signage lights were off, and it almost seemed closed when we drove by due to this look. Super disappointing look, JJ’s.

Very clean and nice restaurant. As soon as you come in they greet you with a nice: “ Hello, Welcome”, service was really fast even when they look short staff. I’ll be back again.

My co worker and I went to lunch at Woodenville location yesterday and discovered that not one person there seemed to not like their job. Customer service is very poor, nobody smiled or welcomed us in. It was like we were an inconvenience. We work at a local dental office where our patients (customers) mean the world to us. Sad!

Wife order a veggie and I ordered the beach club. Unfortunately they must have thought both were veggie, but Sad they can’t figure out how to add meat to a #12 beach club. It was empty when we pickup up but by the time we noticed it wasn’t worth going back.

Very slow service and the sandwiches were skimpy and under filled. The cashier was rude and it was painfully obvious he hated being at work.
While under filled, the sandwiches were tasty and the restaurant was clean.
