Stopped in to the new Twisted Sugar location in Meridian this week for their soft opening and was not disappointed. The staff were attentive and helpful. The location is bright and airy. The cashier/seating area is smaller than their previous location, but as I never saw tables in use at the previous location, I think this space fits their actual needs better than their previous one. The cookies available during their soft-opening were delicious and a nice treat for our office staff. Their cookies do differ than some of the other cookie spots out there, as they are often thoroughly cooled/refrigerated but the flavoring is still a delight. Their drink selection is wide for the average drink counessiour, however I just got a simple soda water with fresh lime that hit the spot for me. Great selection, tasty cookies and yummy drinks! Welcome back Twisted Sugar!!

I picked up a few dashes from this place and was curious and excited to try. They have sodas like Swig. I have now went twice. I really enjoy the workers they are incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable. The cookies are delicious but definitely sweet! The soda i got was amazing(better service and soda than Swig) plus they have cookies. This place is amazing and i will be going back. I hope they are here to stay because this will be my new soda shop & cookie place. I really appreciate the workers and the sweets. thank you!

By far myy favorite cookie place of all the ones that have popped up last few years, and just found out that they have sodas, as well — one more reason to hang out here. Staff is always friendly, NEW lication is even better and the variety of cookies that you get as well as the freshness and taste is unbeatable.

Sugar craving kicked in and decided to come get that fix! Salted Carmel & Twizzle are tasty flavors. Great place to grab a sugar cookie or 1/2 dozen! Nice selection of flavored cookies from the menu. Give this place a try. If you want customs soda, don’t forget that too! Will come back and try different flavors of cookies.

It’s New Years Day and after dinner I wanted something sweet. I found this place close to the hotel and they were still open even though it was after 6pm. Walked in and were instantly greeted with a friendly hello and the smell of fresh baked cookies. Sydney asked if this was our first time and because it was I asked what she recommends. She offered up their delicious looking Lemon, Salted Caramel, and the Rollo cookies! I chose Salted Caramel and Lemon and then Peanut butter. I have to say they were all delicious! But the best part was the customer service! Thanks so much Sydney, we will be back next time we visit Boise. Happy New Year!

We ordered here in person about a month ago. The service was pretty good, the bathrooms were REALLY clean, and the cookies were mostly okay. We didn’t order a drink, but the menu looked expansive. There were several different cookie options, too!
None of my family enjoyed the sugar cookie base. The cookie just wasn’t great ♀️ The oatmeal and peanut butter cookies we had were fantastic, however!
Unfortunately, the sugar cookie is the main base for most of their cookies and we literally ended up throwing 4 of them away because I couldn’t even convince my 9, 7, and 5 year olds to eat them. Disappointing, but the other base cookies were really good.
Oh! And the cookies seem to expire quickly, as even the next day, the flavor and texture were off. Maybe include storage instructions? I would only order what will be eaten same day in the meantime.

Severely undercooked. Just look at the pic especially the middle one, the color difference shows its raw and it tasted it as well. Plus side was that prices are affordable, a 3 pack was $5.50. And customer service was good. Not sure I’ll come back for undercooked cookies tho. Sadly, it looks like I’m not the only one to review about undercooked, raw cookies and owners answer seems to to be ” sorry were not your thing”. this is something that could be easily fixed with employee training.
