Ordered one pizza at 7:25, app said ready at 7:40. It was 7:55 when I was finally handed a pizza. And later I found out that instead of a vegetarian pizza I’d been handed someone’s pepperoni, chicken, and pineapple. Usually this Pizza Hut is great, but last night didn’t meet my expectations or, I’m sure, theirs.

I haven’t had a pizza hut pizza in years, so my husband and I ordered us a personal pan pizza. It was so good. The buttery crust. Meat was a little overcooked and hard in places, but it was still good.

Get my order correct ! As much as my order was 41 dollars plus for pizza you expect your order to be correct. After several experiences of continuous bad services and low-quality food and to top, having the manager’s girl friend message me on Facebook and saying “ she protects mines” so I better back off. After receiving that message I stopped going to Pizza Hut period. I finally decided to give Pizza Hut another chance after a couple of years and not to my surprise “wrong order”. I even called the local store to advise the order was wrong and was first told they could not refund the order. Then it changed to We can give you five dollars. I said that’s not how much I paid. Then she advised she would need to speak with the manager. I advised them I still had the product and would gladly return it as it was not eaten. They then came back and said we can only give you 15 because it was a special or a combo offer. At that point. I was ready to get off the phone. DO BETTER PIZZA HUT!!!
