Good pizza. liked the crust. Got two Hawaiians good amount of cheese, toppings, and sauce. they said 15 min and it ended up being 25 but for context it sounded like they were training someone in the back.

So here is a real review, and I am a vet so I was partial coming in but as someone that makes pizza I am critical. First off 11″ a little small so you better nail it. Crust was weak small air pockets are a sign of a small fermentation of the dough, really couldn’t taste the sauce could be a canned sauce or lack of sauce my bet is premade. Looks like a 2 cheese blend kinda greesey without the newyork flop. Not the worse but they could learn allot from a slice at loui gs in Tacoma. But for tenino it will do
