I placed an order on the Smoothie King app that included a PB Fizzle and a smoothie. The order was canceled, but I never received my refund. I called the store on Sunday, and a team member told me the manager would call me back that evening. No one ever followed up.
I even came by the store in person on Tuesday (June 17) to ask about my refund. Instead of helping, the staff was rude and dismissive. I wasn’t being rude—I just wanted answers. For someone who supports this location multiple times a week, I expected to be treated with more respect and understanding.
This is the first issue I’ve ever had, but the way it’s been handled has me rethinking where I spend my money. I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve both customer service and how refunds are handled from

It’s just kind of disappointing because I couldn’t enjoy it when I gotten it. It’s like a restaurant forgetting to put plastic silverware in a Togo order & the customer doesn’t have silverware on them (like if they have somewhere to be).
Never received a confirmation email or anything either (which I know is not the location’s fault).
