I ordered trough Doodash and when the food came I saw the bag was outside my porch torn in half the sandwich was thrown out the bag and one of the cookies was just and empty bag. Later I went to the site to call them and realize the store was closed I feel bad for ordering late I had no idea I thought it was coming from the Jimmy John’s closest to me that was open late but this is the most disrespectful thing I have ever seen in not eating the food because I have no idea what they have done to it. And Jimmy John’s has there website set to not take complains by say the website has crashed after you submit the form and their email tells you to submit a form knowing damn well it won’t work.

Ordered a sandwich and chips in their JJ app for delivery. They behind the scenes hand that off the Uber to deliver. Okay no big deal. Order comes, sealed, no chips in the bag but states it on the receipt. I call to explain what happened, and they say oh sorry, you have to contact Uber for a refund… wait what? I open the link I got regarding delivery and there is no way to engage with Uber regarding the delivery or order. I opened uber eats and my regular uber app and there is nothing I can see to do regarding this order. What kind of customer experience is this? They don’t offer to add rewards, nothing, just I get to deal with their inability to put a simple bag of chips in a bag. Love the subs, don’t order for delivery though as that’s a nightmare, and they clearly don’t care about your business as they could have simply just added a free chips on the next order in my rewards account and that would have been fine too. But can’t do anything.. that’s crazy. What happened to the freaky fast JJ delivery? They don’t even deliver themselves anymore.

1hour and 10 mins late & here’s what I got and it was very soggy! I was very understanding with the time knowing they are short staffed but when I called to get my order refunded – the manager told me I’m not the only customer in the world. He hesitated to even refund me. I was so nice and couldn’t believe that’s all he had to say. My coworkers & I order here all the time. For last few months they have been slacking but this was the final straw.

While I’ll admit that it’s pretty hard to mess up a JJ’s sub, I wanted to give a shout out to KK who made my food at the 270 and Hamilton Rd. location. I can be a little picky when it comes to how my sandwich is prepared and just wanted to share that she nailed it! Absolutely delicious, just the way I like it. Literally made within seconds of my order and with level of “give a damn and gratitude” uncommon to the fast food industry. Thanks KK, you’re the best!

I love this location!! Only the best work here minus the new gm lady. This crew is unlike any other crew. They are all personable with amazing attitudes and great service. They literally make my day sometimes. Give them all a raise minus one lol. Chris, Tyler, Yon, Miracle and the young man with the ponytail are amazing. This was the absolute worst jimmy johns experience. There was only one worker and he went outside to take the trash out, came inside to start mopping, he then took my order and didn’t wash his hands, proceeded to put gloves on and make my food. After taking out the trash and mopping, he definitely should’ve washed his hands before making my food. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be eating my meal.
