I stopped in during my lunch today, the gentleman with the rainbow smoke sweatshirt was great. He had great customer service, great at multi-tasking, great communication. However, his manager kept getting onto him for not doing things in the cooking areas and for helping customers. He was the only worker who took customers orders and he was busting his bum. I seen his manager and coworkers working but their communication was poor, attitude and work ethic was poor and they weren’t busting their bum like the gentleman was. I give him a huge kudos for remaining positive and put together with customers despite the frequent disrespect from your coworkers.

Everything was fresh and cooked fully. The cashier was friendly and nice. Even though I had 4 vehicles in front of me my wait time wasnt very long. I recieved an very nice meal from KFC this evening.

two separate workers have caused issues with one ignoring me and eventually forcing me to show proof of my mobile order which isn’t possible after closing the app and wouldn’t give me my food. the other worker also made me wait for my food for 10 minutes when it was not busy which was also 10 minutes after i had placed my order, and then forgot out straws, both our forks, and all of our sauces. Overall rough experience

Food is average of KFC the service is the pretty bad the server isn’t personable at all. After minutes of entering you are not greeted left wondering if they even know you’re there until the server seems surprised that they have a customer.

I ordered 4 piece chicken tenders combo and added a side of gravy. That was one dollar extra. They didn’t give me any of the sauces that I requested including the gravy. I waited around 10 minutes to get my order and didn’t even get what I asked for.

The manager on duty On November 9, 2025 was extremely rude and she hung up on me when I simply called and asked what was the issue with our order. This was food for our children and we wanted to know the status of our order because it had taken over an hour. However, the person who answered the phone who was a female claimed that she was the manager and she hung up on me. I would like her information. Thank you.

45 minutes for 2 pot pies that was pre ordered on the app. This location is always insanely slow. Even tho it shows your food ready on the app, it’s not. Corporate should look into their procedures here.

So let me start by saying that I had stopped by after work to get dinner and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes saying hello twice and no response, so I drove to the window and the guy asked me what I needed. I told him about being at the speaker and saying hello, he said angrily that it doesn’t always register when someone pulls up and says..WHAT DO YOU WANT? I told him my order and he literally walks away yelling at his coworkers and then comes back and screams…WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DRINK, at this point, I told him to forget it and drove away. The next evening I decided to try it as a pickup order through the app. I go inside and watching the older woman preparing my food and she hollers for “Joe” and says We are out of Extra Crispy breast and he says, ” Just give them original”, not knowing I’m standing right there listening and watching them. If this was Joe’s food being prepared, wouldn’t he want it made correctly? I just took it home and ate what I could because I was tired, hungry, and already having a bad day. I hope nobody else gets treated like this and they actually get the food they ordered.
