The girl at the drive thru is very absent minded. I repeated what I had ordered three times when she took my order through the speaker. When she gave me the total without specifying my order, I noticed the price was lower than usual, so I asked if she had added the guacamole I requested, and she added it after I told her for the fourth time. At the window, when I paid, I checked my receipt and noticed the soda I had ordered was not on it. I told the girl that she hadn’t charged me for the soda I asked for. I ordered it with no ice, paid for it, and she gave it to me with ice. Terrible service. I will not be returning to this location.

Update dont come near closing time cuz like any other employee only looks at his or her clock to. And is ready to leave… When you pre-order is so you save time not have to wait. For rhe food to made… Order for pickup at 9:45pm showed up at 10:00 to give then some extra time and nothing was made but i did got charged so why not having the order ready? If i dont show up its my problem

This a fairly new location and is quite nice. The food is consistent and the prices are decent. In my experiences the service has been hit and miss. I’ve had terrible service with many issues/missing items and other times I’ve had great service. Worth the gamble to check it out for dinner.

As usual, chicken in Pollo Bowl, burnt. Remember when we use to get white meat chunks?? Lake Havasu has the absolute worst El Pollo Loco. Chicken is 100% burnt. I will never go there again!

I stopped by after 8pm to eat the food i ordered through the El Pollo Loco App. I was impressed with the friendly staff and the quality of the food. Probably the best El Pollo Loco I have ever been to. Maybe the time of day had something to do with the great experience i had.

The drive thru girl at night is horrible made me wait
And paused me while I wanted to place a order twice second time was horrible I’m sorry but this has happened more than once first time didn’t say nothing tonight was just not professional courtesy towards the customer that came back and continued to give this place another shot I would rather drive to the one in hwy 111 central indio than here im sorry to say one person can make a difference towards your clientele base

Every time I eat here I regret, the chicken its burn and it looks like it shrink in tiny pieces, and i always get us sick from our stomachs. This is the last time we eat there, it has so much potential, but unfortunately the management is not doing the work to get better standards.
