Excellent veggie pizza. The pizza was made with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Unlike many pizza shops that try to make their pizza taste better by using excessive cheese and sauce, this place uses the perfect balance of ingredients. And the shop owner had the greatest smile on his face when presenting the glorious pie. From the smell to the first bite, this was truly one of the divine slice of Za ever to date! The fact that he was able to pull off a mozzarella Za was off the charts and a must try!!

Joining the chorus of other five-star reviews, here. The pizza from here has been reliably good and the staff are always friendly. East Oakland needs more places like this! The online pizza menu is pretty large but strangely doesn’t have descriptions of the pizza ingredients for any of the pizzas. Their paper menu has a smaller list of pizzas. All the pizzas we’ve ordered have been good.
