This hole in the wall is a hidden secret. If you catch Peyton in the bar he’s actually an undercover mixologist. I prefer his cosmopolitan, but he serves a mean “water.” As far as atmosphere goes, pool tables are a hit and the juke box is fantastic.

Peyton is arguably one of the best mixologists in the City of San Marcos. His signature beverage is the “water” served on the rocks, extra rocks for extra the fun ;). I think about this bar popcorn in my dreams and yearn for it constantly. Chances is one of the Best Environments for a fan of a Dive Bar and I will forever recommend it to anyone in town.
