Who ever posted four stars has never stayed at the resort. Just to mention the tremendous staff who works towards accommodating the guest. I mean l am walking down the hall and staff greets you by standing to the side and acknowledging you. Wow l have never experienced such welcoming . They make you feel as the most important person is you. Kudos to to the management and staff. Thank you for such an experience l had at the resort. No resort l have been to compares the monarch resort.

An expensive best western. Impolite and untidy staff. The wvents co-ordination lacked know how and sophistication for what we paid. We were sorry we chose this place. Ruined our holiday and family celebration. Valet dented our car, and they would do nothing about it. The GM was long on a pretentious accent- short on care and competency.

So cool! Bar has the patio attached to it with firepits & amazing views of the ocean, Catalina Island, the golf course & surrounding (multi-million dollar) homes.
Drinks aren’t cheap but they’re priced as expected for a bar like this; inside a Fantastic Resort, with views, firepits etc etc.
It’s worth splurging for an evening of drinks & dinner at this amazing resort!

I wonderful place to eat and mingle.. The food is fantastic.. And the view is spectacular.. The desert menu is full of delightful treats. You will not be disappointed..
