Loved the food quality so as quantity!! You get so much better than what you pay for. We tried Bread Pakoda, Vada Pav and Methi Gota so fresh and delicious.Staff is amazing and very accommodating. Will recommend to everyone who wants to try Indian authentic food. Thank you for each efforts you have put in to bring the exact taste of Indian food.

It’s a very good late night snacking place. We tried pani puri which turned out to be pretty good . Their regular chai had a bit of ginger in it and is amongst the better ones in the area. Vada pav was decent as well.

Even though some restaurants nearby vary in consistency, Nashta’s food quality and taste make it a standout choice for Gujarati breakfast and casual meals. It’s a great spot for anyone who loves bold, traditional Gujarati flavors that feel fresh and delicious, and totally worth a 5/5 in taste alone.

Amazing Authentic Indian Street Food!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nashta Restaurant in India Square, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
I ordered the Dabeli and the Vadapav for a quick bite, and let me tell you, both items were absolutely delicious and incredibly authentic. The flavors were spot-on and left me wanting more—a true taste of India right here in Jersey City!
Beyond the amazing food, the service was excellent. The staff was so cooperative and attentive, making the entire experience very pleasant.
If you are looking for delicious, authentic Indian street food and great service, look no further than Nashta Restaurant.

Stopped by Nashta and really enjoyed the Vada Pav, Samosa, and Afghani Paneer Tikka Roll. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well spiced. Each item tasted authentic and satisfying. Staff was very kind and welcoming, making the overall experience even better. Would definitely visit again!

The Dabeli and Vada Pav were extremely spicy — a bit too much for me to handle. The Pani Puri wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, as there are definitely better options in the same area.

Don’t recommend. I think I got bad service because I’m not Indian so they didn’t really care. First of all the pani puri lady gave me broken tiny pani and even said oh sorry this one is small and broken like you have a big box. Give me a different one. And she is rushing me and keeps asking me which water I want and I told her I want all of them. I wanna try one by one. Then I buy sweet and I get only three piece of sweet and it cost me $10. How come he didn’t charge me per pound he charged me per piece $3.30 almost for each piece. Don’t go here. There is a lot of other Indian restaurant and shops you can go to.

SKIP FOR DABELI.

Not sure why they are advertising FALSELY that they have the best dabeli. The image under that sign has an authentic image of dabeli with nuts, pomegranates etc. This is just overflowing with chat masala for some reason (????). Also overpriced for what they are selling.

Go to Atul bakery instead.

P.s. pls don’t lie about this being the best dabeli.

I ordered Badam milk expecting an authentic almond flavor, but it tasted more like chocolate milk with no badam taste at all. Very disappointing. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, a poor experience and not something I would recommend
