My first time in this specific Wawa, I’m not a picky person I get the sandwiches just as they come to make it easier because the workers are busy. The chicken was moist but other than that it was a sloppy made sandwich with pieces of it hanging out of the container (which he saw because I watched him look at it) it was missing what makes it a chicken parmesan the marinara bottom which was grabbed by two different female employees but not applied. No communication, no acknowledgement when they are being thanked. This is so far the worst Wawa I have been in.

Every time I do an online order an item is missing this has to be like the 5th I’ve had to call. This time they said call door dash so I did it will take 10-15 days to get a refund I will be calling corporate and complaining about this store!!

This sandwich is a joke yes? Wasn’t like I asked and only had 2 of the THICKEST cucumbers I’ve ever seen. I typically love this sandwich which usually comes with 4 thinner cucumbers and 2 tomatoes. They also didn’t cut it in half like it’s supposed to be. What the heck Wawa I love you guys and this sandwich but this is terrible quality control.

I never complained, and honestly I feel really bad for doing it right now, but bruh… Come on now.. nothing was stocked, zero items in the hot food trays, there was barely any customers in there but for some reason it took 20 minutes to make a burrito.. The staff said that the new lottery book can only be loaded before 2:00 p.m. If the book is finished and you still have it, then you should keep it in the machine; otherwise what’s the point of having lottery machine & staff.
