First time dining in at the West Omaha location this week. We came at lunchtime during the week and it was not busy. Music was perfect and not too loud like previous reviewers mentioned. Server was helpful in showing us the gluten-free options on the menu. I ordered the Mary Jane ramen and it was delicious! I appreciate how the Ramen is consistent from one location to another.

amazing place to go eat with friends family even going by yourself i think you would enjoy this they also have some good spicy ramen not any of that wimpy stuff but if ur wimpy like me they have plenty of other options the noodles soak up the broth well and the service is pretty friendly too i had a great time here and made sure to add everything they offer it looks empty in the photos but thats because i always edit people out

The food was good but the service and atmosphere unfortunately soured the experience.
The music was obnoxiously loud and staff said they could not turn it down, so don’t expect to hold a conversation with anyone that’s hard of hearing without shouting.
It would have been nice if our waiter had offered to move us further from the speaker but he clearly wanted as many people as possible in one section.
Then there was a mix up with our order and instead of making it right, our waiter went ahead and charged us for it anyway. We might have been okay with this if he was actually polite, but he didn’t seem to care much about the problem at all.
I like It’a San but I think I’ll stick to their other locations from now on.

food was ok other than noodles not being cooked fully. i have been here a couple of times and those times service was not good but i just thought it was because they were busy so, i came again and they were not busy and service was still not good. never will i ever come here again. i do not recommend coming here. if you come here you will be in a bad mood by the time you leave. i DO NOT recommend coming here. service was awful.

Worst experience I’ve had in a while! We ordered the steam buns and benson bombs as our apps. The benson bombs came out first and the chicharrons were cold and soggy. I brought this up with our waitress and she told us that they are supposed to be that way. Then she took it to the “chef” and came back and said that it he said they are supposed to be that way.
I told her that we’ve been to all of the other locations and they are never served like this.
I also asked if she had ever even eaten at any of the other locations and she said no. Hmmm
It’s laziness. It’s lack of training and supervision and worst of all she had the nerve to lie to us.
Make it right the first time. Won’t return and definitely not worth it. No wonder you are 3.5 stars out of 5

Horrible customer service. Ordered DoorDash for delivery, and they forgot an entire ramen. The person on the phone was rude and not apologetic. Claimed that they were busy, and have a new hire who made a mistake. They were not courteous and could not offer a good solution to this. Horrible customer service and rude attitude. They kept asking me to order another DoorDash, but completely ignored that DD charges delivery fees (+ tip) and it would not be appropriate for me to spend more money for the order to be corrected. Would not recommend this place.

Ho. Ly. Cow. What a meal I had yesterday. I’ve been to the downtown location a couple of times, and it was always fantastic, so we were in the area and tried this location. Fantastic again. I tried the Asian Chorizo Don….and it’s no exaggeration when I say it was lights out. Perfect spice. Perfect everything. I can’t wait to get this again. Like, seriously, I could not shovel this in my face quick enough, it was THAT good. For starters we did the Steam Buns. I am not a dark meat chicken, especially thigh, kind of dude, but these things were “slap yo mama” good. I can’t even describe how good they were. Perfectly steamed bread. Perfectly coated chicken. Perfectly spicy. Just perfect. Ika San is definately a go to.

Great atmosphere, the ramen was amazing and the chicken dumplings would have sufficed as a meal!
The food was fantastic, friendly service with good music, and the Retro Crush on the monitors sealed the deal!
