This was my first time here. I live about an hour away and was just passing through when I spotted a Home Depot nearby and right next to it, I saw a place serving cheesesteaks. Naturally, I had to stop.
The customer service was fantastic. I didn’t catch the cook’s name, but he was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away.
The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of the food itself. We both ordered cheesesteaks, and while they weren’t bad, they also weren’t anything special. The flavor just didn’t stand out, it almost tasted like something I could make at home, and I’m definitely not a great cook. My wife’s sandwich was also a bit on the sloppy side, which I think was because the bread wasn’t toasted.
Overall, great service but the cheesesteaks could use a little more flavor and a better bread prep.

A branch of the Rocco’s that is located in South Philadelphia at the Home Depot on Columbus Ave with the same friendly service and awesome sausage and pepper sandwiches that come on tasty bread. This is a sandwich that will hit the spot! They offer you a sample of the sausage upon entering the shop. Other sandwiches are available but I’ve always enjoyed the half sweet half hot sausage sandwich. Well worth checking out if you are hungry!

This place is probably still the best place to get a cheesesteak.! The workers were very kind and asked me lots of questions to make sure my cheesesteak was exactly what I wanted . Super sweet and accommodating with my timed pickup for later . 10/10 if you have been thinking about trying them out DO IT !
This is probably the best cheese steak I’ve ever eaten in my entire life . I got the buffalo with added garlic and mushrooms and holy was it good. Literally super filled and flavorful . Perfect amount of spice and flavor. I can’t wait to go back !! The staff was so kind and helpful taking their time as it was my first time there and was unsure on what to order. The cook let me try the sausage too which was really good I was just in the mood for a cheese steak ! 10/10 def my new go to spot

THIS PLACE IS NOT THE SAME Sad because. This was my second favorite cheesesteak spot, my wife and I would drive 30min just for the order.
Today we go in and the lady taking our order completely butchers the order over and over. We could tell off bat there was a language barrier but she barely understood a word we was said, and we knew from there our order would be screwed up which it was. Its a bad business decision to have some one with bad English comprehension taking orders.
We ordered.
2 cheesesteaks light onion with double coopersharp cheese.
What we received was
2 cheesesteaks on stale bread with heavy onions, green and red peppers. no double coopersharp but instead one slice of value American cheese
Topped with Ketchup and mayo
And worst of all…… the STEAK MEAT WAS NOT SLICED RIBEYE like before NOW ITS CHEAP GROUND BEEF
This was gross and a waste of money. This is not the Rocco’s your used to.
I REPEAT THIS IS NOT THE SAME ROCCOS ANYMORE

Great at any time of the day, I always stop at Rocco’s when I am in the area and it is time to eat. Fresh breakfast ‘sang’s made right in front of you, no fake eggs here. I always end up getting the 1/2 hot/sweets with onion and pepps so i can have the best of both worlds, and it is the Best!

Undeniably and amazing cheesesteak! I literally just left, devoured it and had to come right a review. I ordered a steak sandwhich with onions peppers mayo ketchup and Jerk Sauce. The jerk sauce took this sandwich to another level. Seriously. My new go to spot.
