Had a wonderful customer service experience. There was a mishap with the ticket. My family and I weren’t even waiting super long, but people that ordered after us had already received their food. Julienne and the manager Nathan more than made up for what they said was a mistake. My family and I hadn’t even noticed there was an issue. We always like the food when we go. Today just seemed like over the top service and we were very grateful.
