To start we were offered an icing to go with peach cobbler roll as to which we were excited to try because didn’t know it was option even though we have ordered on 3 separate occasions and was never offered before. Then had to wait 5 min for food. Thankfully the fries were nice and hot. Husband’s burger was an absolute mess. Just horrible to try and eat. Then discovered no icing or dip ir whatever was to be that was offered. 3 fails at this location of course dropped the stars.

I placed an online order, waited inside for over 30 minutes while the crew stood around doing nothing. The restaurant was not busy, as no one was inside. They finally made a few parts of my order just to leave them on the heater. I did not know putting COLD SODA drinks on the heater as well is acceptable at this location?? Absolutely ridiculous and will not be coming back to this location!

Do NOT come here for dinner, or lunch, or any time a reasonable number of traffic is. Put in an order online for carryout pick up. Arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, it was not. Now 15 minutes past when my order was set to complete they finally have it ready. 20+ minutes from placing the order to having it ready when it is a single double roast beef meal with a side of potato cakes is absurd.
The counter staff were all working hard, but clearly management/ownership is not willing to provide the training or resources their employees need to operate in an efficient manner.

KELLY AT THE DRIVE THRU WAS AMAZING! I DINED AT THIS SAME ARBY’S TWICE AND KELLY WAS WORKING THE WINDOW BOTH TIMES! SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND CLEARLY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HER JOB. THE FOOD IS HOT AND DELICIOUS AT THIS LOCATION.

Placed an online order so I could get my food ready. I come in a little while later and there is no one inside. No one in the drive thru either. My food is on the heater WITH my drinks. No help whatsoever. The crew and managers are just talking not bagging my food. Waited 40 minutes for 2 meals. This is ridiculous. What kind of service is this?

I can say I will NEVER go back to this store I was there on Sunday early evening went in to order you can see one of the cooks through the little window I seen one of the cooks grab two different chicken tenders toss them in some sauce pick them out put them on slider buns and not change his gloves even with the sauce still on his gloves I said something to a girl who said she is a manager about what I just seen and said don’t you know that’s cross contamination she just sort of laughed and said she would say something about it I have been a cook all my life and don’t think there is anything funny about getting people sick they shouldn’t make yound kids managers they don’t really care if they get people sick I have been sitting on my toilet ever since I think I shold call corporate because I dont think this is FUNNY at all

Horrible service, they did NOT provide Veterans discount as per the manager of this restaurant and did not provide the roast beef sandwich as advertised online. Server tried to offer me French fries as the only meal option.
This is a disgrace to our Vetetans and this manager lacks common courtesy for our Veterans. Total garbage excuse and this restaurant at this location will NEVER get my patronage again because of this.
