HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! that manager? trash. i ordered 2 sandwiches that i thought came w/ jam, upon learning that it didn’t i asked for a side of jam.. $2.14. cool whatever i really want that jam.. tell me why she gave me a tub of jam. i expressed that i didn’t need that much for just 2 sandwiches and she said “well what you don’t use you can throw away..” i asked for a refund and she gave me absolute ATTITUDE. gave me my money back and slammed the drive thru doors in my face. like cmon. i work across the street and my customer service is 20x better than that AND SHES A MANAGER!!! please learn from this and DO BETTER. that was such a small problem that could’ve easily been fixed w/ a smile. nonetheless i truly wish she has a blessed day.

I’m an avid Dunkin purchaser, literally almost every morning. I went this morning and ordered a snakin bacon as I do every outing with my Matcha. Manager came through on the headset and claims there’s a “new Dunkin policy” to where they can’t warm my bacon. When I asked when this “new policy” came into effect they wouldn’t tell me. Instead repeated that they have to serve it room temp and will not be accommodating my requests to warm it

My order was rung up wrong ( per my receipt) though I was accused of taking someone else order. The sandwich that was ” wrong” was also cold. The muffin i paid for wasn’t included in my order. I was yelled at by employee very loudly and no the place wasn’t busy.

Absolutely the worse dunkin on the east coast. I travel a lot and the service and attitude of the workers here are atrocious. They always get the order wrong and act funny or do something petty like pouring the old coffee into a new cup and acted like it was a new coffee they remade for me. Fire them all, burn it with fire.
