I’ve never been to Iowa before and the staff here made me feel so welcome. A black gentleman was the first staff member to great me. He had a welcoming presence about him that was infectious. Very friendly and polite. A white female with red hair also assisted me. Equally as nice and welcoming. I didn’t see name tags or get their names before I left but I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. They made my day being so kind.
Food was great. Prepared fast and all requests were honored. I purchased the Number 9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Loaf with the bread scooped out. Superb amount of meat for the price.
Store was clean and tidy. A small thing to note was that my napkin dispenser did not have any napkins in it. No big deal, I grabbed a few from the table in front of me that no one was sitting at. All good.

The staff and owner of this place are doing things the right way! I used to be a subway and Jimmy Johns customer, but after visiting this location, I am now a Jersey Mike’s customer. The owner is really outgoing and easy to talk to, making things more relaxing once the order is being processed. I had Kristina prepare the food and she did a marvelous job! Very friendly, professional, and accommodating with a Wonderful smile! The sandwiches are built with care, not sloppily put together like other establishments I have visited. The facility is very clean. They are also very efficient getting the order processed in a timely manner. For the near future, this will be my “To-go” place for fast food. Thank you Kristina! You’re the best!!

The slowest drive through I have ever been to. I only ordered 1 sandwich. They were not busy and had plenty of staff working. Waited for over 25 minutes. Even went into the store to let them know and still continued to wait.

Forgot the mayo and bacon on my club sandwich. Time before that, they forgot to make it no lettuce and the time before that they literally gave me someone else’s order. Every time I try to eat here, I end up going hungry because they can’t make a club sandwich without lettuce. Don’t waste your gas coming here.

Dude, if I could summarize this place, I would just say perfection. Restaurant is super clean, our server was one of the kindest black men I’ve ever met, made sure our food was great and consistently had a smile as If he lived his job. Food was devoured when I got home and made my night. Thank you black man for being an amazing person, you see served your tip. 100% go to this place, not only for the food, but for the possible friendship in the future.

I do love a Jersey Mike’s sub. I was thrilled to have a location open up near me (WDM, IA). I have been several times and have been disappointed with how long it takes through the drive through. It has improved from my experience earlier this year of waiting over 20 minutes as the only car in the line. Today, however, my sub came loaded with Mayo, but nothing else. Very disappointed.
