Service was horrible. Waited for 15 minutes while the girl was in the back and kept calling for her and once she came out she slammed the stove doors and ask me what do you want and threw the items on my bread and was very rude. Another customer called twice and she did not come out to answer. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The kid who served had a terrible attitude the whole time. He put our sandwiches in the toaster for maybe 20 seconds. Just enough for the cheese to get warm but not melt. Then as he was ringing us out and putting our subs into the bag he pushed away a perfectly nice stack of napkins to grab two from the napkin dispenser, crumple them into a ball, and shove them into our bag.

They get zero stars there were two girls who were yelling at people to go to the Niles location they were closing shortly. Mind you I was one of these people but my party was inside and she was currently working on my food. She put too much mayo on it. I couldn’t eat it. They were overly aggressive and rude to people as we left she yelled ” I HATE PEOPLE!” And this location will not get my service again it’s also not the cleanest place. Mind you all of this happened in front of children.

Was at the mall getting shoes for my daughter’s dance, I was going to be busy so I thought I would get some food. I was looking at the menu made my choice and rung the bell. I ordered and then she started making it and got to the cheese. A couple came while she was putting the meat on and Instead of saying I will be right with you and finishing my sub, she took their order then started making it. She went to the back and another lady came out but did nothing. So I got my spinach, lettuce, tomato and mayo with salt and pepper and she left again. Started on their sub again then cut mine and wrapped it and then went to other end and was handed a paper by other lady to wrap their sub in halves. Well by this time I told my daughter I would not be back. I waited while she made mine, and theirs and wrapped theirs and was like really and she said I am alone and I said no you aren’t. She sad she didn’t have to be disrespected by me so I said then I will go elsewhere keep your food. It would have taken less than a minute to check me out, my card was out the whole time. See when they have us customers in a video it only catches after the person was upset. I did not let anything escalate I walked away and got my sub by the seamstress’s place and no issues. To me I think ordering online is better and usually is my go to. The Subway on Oxford in Alliance is wonderful!!! This one not so much. My sub was simple-non toasted with 3 toppings and one dressing. I have patience but to do 2 customers at the same, I just wanted a sub to go!

Ordered two subs online. Picked them up and when I got home all of our toppings were out of our bread and in the wrapping! Just because we weren’t physically watching you make the food, you should still do it with care and do it correctly!!!!

There were two girls working there, they just talked to each other while I waited to order. Then she finally decided to pause her conversation, and ask me about what I wanted to order. They didn’t have the bread I wanted prepared, (sign that they are messing around instead of keeping up the restaurant) so I got it on white. This girl basically threw the sandwich together with as little effort as possible, and when I finally opened the wrapping, it fell apart. Please do something about these girls.

The only subway place that agreed to make platter for me on the same day
Keeping in mind I ordered 3 platters and this was the only subway in girard , Warren , Youngstown , that said they will make it with a smile. I was impressed with the quality of service and dedication , hands down to SIENNA, who not only took the order but made it professionally with a smile, she was awesome, cared for the business and cared for customers, I will definitely recommend her and this subway over the others in town .
Ps – it was the nfl game day .. 5 star service
