Aces BBQ is a must visit when you find yourself in the greater Stanwood area. The food selection is top notch, and the quality matches the solid selection they offer.

Delicious brisket, smoked on site with wood sourced on the property. The 1000 rated sandwich was indeed, 1000 rated. The sides were solid too—we had the potato salad and the Mac and cheese, and they serve their sandwiches with homemade potato chips and pickles. They were also sampling collard greens which were amazing. You can tell everything there is made with care. I really hope this place sticks around as it makes for a super satisfying meal after a round of disc golf.

I wanted to like this place, family-run, nestled within the “clubhouse” of the Kayak Point Disc “Resort,” but the brisket was so-so (and skimpy for a $10 sandwich) and the collard greens were served like soup (nuked in the to-go paper container?). Cornbread muffins were good, but the honey butter was just out of the fridge: unspreadable. All in all, the spectacular fall from grace that is the story of the Kayak Point Golf Course is capped off by a so-so Snack Bar.

Unsure what the comment below saying its an abandon golf course is about. I played three days of disc golf and had the ribs. They were incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly. Also enjoyed the cornbread and collard greens. I will definitely be back!

Tender beef brisket with a nice crunchy bark. Variety of spicy barbecue sauce offered. I really like the collard greens with the pulled pork. Coleslaw needs a recipe review-not that good. I dod think the price point was high. I think the main BBQ meat at that price should at least include a side.

However, the portions are small, like they are intentionally keeping it Really small.
Today, 6/1/2024, they tried to skimp on collard greens. First order came out with almost all liquids. And I asked to get it fixed and they still filled it mostly with liquid. If I ordered 10oz of collard greens, give me that amount. I paid $4.99 for mostly liquid…..

Had the totchos with brisket, super good. Brisket was moist and delicious. Staff was super friendly. Great way to chill after a round of disc golf.

This BBQ place is in an abandoned golf course and the atmosphere is quite terrible. On top of that the pulled pork was maybe the driest, least flavorful I have had ever. I would pass on this place in a heartbeat
