Ordered a 2 piece breast meal for an up charge. Drive all the home and open the order and it’s a 2 piece thighs also the large Mac n cheese I ordered was half full. Driving back 15 mins to get order corrected was not an option. They lack detail and common sense.

Went in yesterday because this is a brand new location with brand new trained staff and all new equipment. I was hoping that would equal better food as compared to the Popeyes location in the TA Travel Center in Quebec.
The chicken strips were good but tiny. The biscuit was small and ROCK HARD, the Mac and cheese was dry and cold. I had to ask for a sauce, none were offered…
This location is just as bad as the Quebec location. Corporate and the franchise should be embarrassed at themselves.
Additionally, ticket time for my meal was 6-7 minutes. The staff was engaged in what sounded like a very important conversation, all in Spanish, that kept them from actually doing the jobs efficiently that they are paid to do.
0/10, do not recommend. Just go home and make yourself a 50 cent cup of ramen, it’s a better meal.

I ordered a classic 2 piece combo with extra gravy at the drive through on my lunch break. When I got back to the office I find out I was given 2 skinny chicken tenders which were mainly breading amd werent even fresh, and yhe mashed potatoes had basically no gravy. Tried calling them multiple times to inform on the misshap but Noone answers. Not impressed for this being new location. Youd think they’d have a higher standard.

Honestly of my strangest fast food experiences. The food was not bad, though I heard the table next to me talking about someone ejaculating on their sandwich which kind of messed with my appetite. I walked out and saw a poor kid getting beat up by a bunch of other guys.

I am being 100% serious here, first of all while I was walking in I saw a student getting jumped in the parking lot. There was a clear ish sticky substance in my sandwich that was definitely not mayo, then I saw an employee in the back moving his hand by his private parts rapidly. I eventually had enough so as I was leaving I got jumped by the same people that were jumping the student.
