I ordered a blt salad. Asked them if they still chop it up. They said no. They added veggies sparingly. Afraid they might give too much. I asked where owners were from and got smart remarks from hostess. I chopped it up when I got home.It wound up with half a bowl. Now I know why.

I have eaten here often over the years but recently the new folks have changed things. The subway app wasn’t working right and was stuck on fort payne subway and wouldn’t let you order from this location, while standing in the store. Management does not honor the specials unless you order it online, which it would not let me do. In the past subway would still honor it but he was very hateful in stating that I could fly off to fort payne and get it for the special price and that he wasn’t going to. The food in the past was always good but if the new management is an example of the food we will eat elsewhere.

I love this subway it is one of the cleanest ones I’ve been in. They always give me the “good” tomatoes and they are so nice to me and my husband and my daughter when we come in. They let my 4 year old order herself even if it takes a minute. I’ve never had a bad meal from here or gross food. And those fresh cookies will have you coming back just for those

Me and twinim came outta town to this little subway with no thought whatsoever, When we came in staff was kind from the get go and even laughed at my silliness after we made our subs this kind women informed us about the subway app and was very helpful I hope she gets a raise as well as the man who made my sub because that sub was the best sub ever 10/10000 if I lived close by I would be here regularly!!!

Ordered a sandwich on line and when I picked it up it was the incorrect sandwich. My name was on the bag but it wasn’t anything that I ordered. I was very particular in what I ordered and didn’t gave time to go back and get it made again. This is the 2nd time this happened.

I placed an online order. Subway charged my account twice and this Subway still refused to prepare my order. I had transaction ID numbers and proof that I was charged 15.82 twice and they still refused. Beware of online orders with this subway!

An employee greeted me by making rude comments about my appearance, questioning me about what I was wearing. (A simple beanie) She waited until I told her I was using it to hide my bad hair day until she would serve me. – It was so embarrassing, making me feel self conscious in front of the other customers and employees.
I’ve never had this happen to me before, and I was absolutely dumbfounded! All I wanted was to quickly and politely order a sandwich in peace.
Hopefully the franchisee sees this, because this employee managed to make me wary of one the few good places to eat around here, I doubt I’ll be back for a while.
