I “I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, they were rude and dismissive. Customer service matters just as much as food quality, and unfortunately this place failed on both. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it.” He didn’t acknowledge the hair nor apologize he said he can gone 50% off which was total of $6. Very unacceptable I shouldn’t have to pay for some that I barely ate . I found the hair after I put food in to go box.And I left the to go box with the food right on the table bc it’s sad & very unacceptable. They feel like they can handle you any kind way need go back to their country this who trump need to come get

Once again, they did not disappoint. My food was excellent! I could eat here every day. The vibe is so welcoming and relaxed. Our service was great and so was our waiter. This place really is a hidden gem .

Service was great but the food wasn’t worth it. I had the happy plate and one birria taco. Compared to other restaurants in the metro area, this one was unseasoned plus watery.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I’ve heard a lot about so I just thought I’d give it a try. The restaurant was bigger than I thought with a very nice set up also cozy . It’s has a bar that I didn’t know about . On to our waiter , he was very nice and very respectful . Always made sure we had what we needed and gave us everything we asked for as far as compliments etc. The food was great all fresh perfect temperature and we didn’t have to wait long at all which it was other ppl in the restaurant as well . Everyone finished their meals with no complaints . Also the margarita I had was perfect which I know everyone wants to know this . Last thing the price for the food as very reasonable than some places I’ve been to . I ordered the Molcajete combination for two which was delicious a very good deal for the price for two . It’s really worth making a second trip out to this restaurant and we are definitely considering it . Thanks to all he workers there for your hard work .

Do not come here! The food is not good and the service is worse. They charge gratuity and an adjustment charge for each person. I had the pleasure of watching servers laugh eat and have fun while no one checked on me but my server was eating behind me.

I would not be returning to this restaurant. I attended this restaurant on last night and found hair in my food. When it was brought to the manager attention he tried to say it was my hair & my hair color & type of hair didn’t match the hair that was found in my food. The manager did not care at all that hair was found, did not apologize, didn’t offer any thing & when asked for a corporate number he said no. I was highly disappointed that a manager did not care that a customer found hair in the food.

Mexican food is good but DO NOT order a kid’s cheeseburger. They will give you a sausage patty with queso on a bun. I guess they don’t expect children to see or taste the difference.

Only gave 3 because the booths were very uncomfortable and my drink wasn’t strong enough. Food was great.. and I might add the House Margarita could have been a little more stronger. The drink is huge and $20, I’d say that’s a bit much to not even have a buzz lol
