Turned around by pizza hut to go here because I was in a hurry and didn’t want to wait around. Had to wait 5 min to get my order taken, then told it would be 15 minutes to make a pepperoni! Really? You have an empty rack and haven’t even started the most popular hot n ready?
Then 15 minutes later, they served the customer who ordered AFTER me his 2 pepperonis and something else. Boo. If I wanted to wait around for my pizza, I would have stopped at pizza hut and got a much better product. At least it was fresh I guess

Be warned, this Little Caesars does not employ their own drivers and instead, they use a third party delivery service. We placed an order and the driver brought us someone else’s order from Papa Johns. If we wanted Papa Johns pizza, I would have ordered from their establishment. By the time we received our correct order, it was cold. This was the first time we’ve ordered from this Little Caesars and it will be our last. We’re not a fan of third party delivery services and this is a prime example of why. While placing our order through the app, no where did it communicate this was the case. And when attempting to cancel the order through the app, it would not allow that option. Had we known a third party service was being used ahead of time, we would have gladly gone and picked our order up. Instead, we paid a $4 tip, a $3.99 trip charge and a $1.47 service fee for a pizza that cost less than $15, and ultimately received a cold dinner.

Never any pizza hot and ready. No one ever answers the question phone so your only option is order online or come in. When you come in you have to wait several minutes up to 20 minutes to even be greeted or spoken to. Then another 10 minutes for them to make your pizza. You might come looking for hot and ready pizza, but you’ll leave hot and irritated and good luck asking for a manager on duty, there usually isn’t one.

Ordered the fantastic four pizza, both times i ordered it was made with traditional crust and not with the “toppings to the edge” like its advertised to be. The first time i ordered it was also stuffed in a deep dish box with half of it folded over but i was hungry so i just accepted it. The second time, while it was in the correct box i called out the staff and asked why they keep making it wrong and the little 17 year old girl who could care less blatanly lied and said they did it the the edge but the crust blows up in the oven and they cant help it. She offered to remake it but i said no because i dont want spit in my pizza. Their pizza portal has also been broken for i dont know how long, every time you come in you have to ask for the pizza instead of putting your code in becasue the doors dont open. Its clear this location’s owner doesn’t care about standards or customer service. I will go back to ordering from Daphne. Fail!

The pizza was hot when it was finally ready, so I will give them that. The service was absolutely unacceptable. The teenager at the front counter was very short with all customers and acted like he couldn’t wait to get back to the back to play with his friends. All employees were horse-playing and screaming profanity even though there was probably 6 customers waiting. A gentleman with an accent (who had been waiting who knows how long before we even arrived +15 min after) finally got his ONE pizza and was trying to ask about grabbing his drink and the front desk teen straight up ignored him walking away. The glimpse I got of the teenager in the back making the pizza was of him without gloves on touching the food and not wearing a hair net when he had a large head of curly hair. No adults on-site and it shows.

I went in to pick up a DoorDash order and the girl at the counter proceeded to talk to her family for 10 minutes before helping anyone else. She then gives out the wrong order to three different customers.

Ordered online with pickup time of 5:15. Arrived at that time but was told my order wasn’t ready yet. Waited 25 minutes then asked again what was going on with my order. It had been sitting in the pizza portal the entire time. My issue is this store needs to get ORGANIZED. Too many people moving to the counter and no one knows what is going on with orders. It will be a while before I try them again, too many other options near by.
