They haven’t made a mistake on an order yet. I work about a mile away from this JJ’s on Group Patrol Rd, have been going to it since it opened and usually rack up a $30 sub. They’re always chomping at the bit to make my sandwich, so I don’t know what these other reviewers are crying about. Remember, bad news is usually not the norm. Satisfied customers usually don’t post their experiences.

3rd time ordering from this location since it opened. Sandwiches are made fine. However, twice we have tried ordering sandwiches with the added charge of avocados.. clearly written on our receipt. Twice we get all the way home and no avacados. Just frustrating paying for something and not receiving the product. Didn’t go during a rush. Shouldn’t keep missing details of orders.

Really disappointed to learn that after waiting for an hour and others at my place of work received their food while mine magically disappeared after the office said the delivery driver forgot mine, said they would return, never came back, and then argued with me on the phone saying it was delivered when there were at least 3 minimum people in the office who witnessed this. So now, on my lunch break, no lunch, they said they found my food and will be right over with it after its been sitting there for who knows how long. I will never order from here again while the driver enjoys their tip and my food.

Zero if I could , first post I ever had to construct . I was just so compelled with the terrible service, lack of order and performance I had to jot down the negative experience. literally waited 25 plus minutes in line ,to only approach the window services and be told my order wasn’t taken ??? Left. How In Davy Jones locker, when it requires me to communicate my Order in order to move forward in a long line. How does this occur. Lousy.

Make sure you go on and look at the lettuce. It was definitely wilted lettuce on my sub. Definitely shouldn’t be eating old lettuce, or at least covering the produce.
