I hate feeling rushed and that’s all I felt while in here.
First off, food is nothing to brag about. Omelette has chunks of undercooked egg white mixed with regular eggs, and it was pretty bad.
The bigger issue was feeling rushed. The server was rushing so much she put our plates down in front of us and the butter slid off and went all over my gf. Server got paper towel and water for her but that was it.
Other thing I can’t stand is when the check is put in front of you before you’re done. She never asked if we were done or wanted the check. It was just put in front of us. Maybe I wanted a coffee or another juice?
Food nor service are quality here.

My wife and visited Sam’s and were happy to discover that club sandwiches are on the menu. We noticed that many harbor restaurants have removed club sandwiches from their menus.
The food, service and people were great and we will be coming here more often.

I am a huge fan of regular breakfast places full of locals. This spot is one of those. Sometimes getting basic egg dishes right befuddles upscale joints. This place got it right. Sidle up to the counter and take in a day on the harbor. You’ll enjoy it.

Sat at counter, waitress served another gentleman that walked in after me. After taking his order, she still ignored me. She went about her business poured juice for someone. Didn’t ask me if I wanted anything to drink. I got up left and went somewhere else!!

My husband and I went there for breakfast this morning and I think it will be our new “go to” breakfast place. They were very busy but our server still greeted us with a smile. We were impressed with the quality of the food and the speed with which it arrived. (Cash only so be prepared.)

We were in Scituate last weekend for the first time in many years. We stopped into Sam’s for an early Sunday breakfast. Service was very friendly and quick. The food was good with reasonable portions. The decor is bright and nice with a nautical theme. We’ll definitely go back if we’re in town for breakfast again.

Great Local Breakfast Place!! Food is awesome. There is always a crowd though and you might be waiting at the door for a seat for quite awhile. I would suggest a waiting bench inside and outside for the hungry people STANDING & waiting. (Or even to offer coffee to the people waiting in line.) Coffee Bar?? Other than the wait and limited seating – the food and prices are just right and the right amount of staff! 🙂 🙂 I would definitely go again and again! Yumm! AWESOME!!!
