I came to pick up a mobile order (I order twice a week) and there were 2 beautiful kind girls working so hard. They were doing their best to get things done as quick as possible. I could see the amount of mobile orders they had on the table and it was an INSANE amount of work for just them 2 in addition to the walk-in customers. They were kind, apologized to everyone, and definitely didn’t deserve the sassy customers with nasty attitudes and side eyes. It’s as if people had never had jobs working in the customer industry before. You girlies kill it and I pray God opens doors of opportunity in your life. I don’t leave reviews often because I used to own two Smoothie King locations and I’m a bit picky. But the owner needs to be aware of the issues at this location. My smoothie had chunks of ice throughout and wasn’t at all enjoyable. Additionally we ordered online so we could pick up because we were in a hurry. However, they made my daughter’s smoothie a 12 oz instead of the 20 oz I paid for so we had to wait for them to remake it (which didn’t look like it got rang through the system). The employees acted like they didn’t want to be there and could care less about anything. No greeting when we came through the door and it took a while for them to even acknowledge us at the counter when I came back in to rectify the wrong smoothie size. Definitely a lot of issues that management needs to work on here.

No greeting at all when I walked up. Only had 1 person in front of me that ordered 2 smoothies. I ordered two smoothies and waited 30 minutes for them. Two other people came after me and got their food before me. When I finally got my smoothies they never acknowledged how long it took them either. Just poor customer service plain and simple.

Looking for nearby places in my area, I decided to walk into this specific Smoothie King. I’ve tried Tropical smoothie before but this was my first time with Smoothie King and wanted to attempt it.
Walking in everything is insanely disgusting. I truly have never seen such unkept floors. I understand not cleaning all the time, but it was truly dirty everywhere – the dirty floor, tables, and chairs.
They were no customers so it was pretty fast, however most of the staff don’t do anything. I thought they would clean around but they didn’t until I had to prompt them myself, which I could hear them arguing in the back who would clean it
Anyway, the service and atmosphere is just awful. The drink is okay – nothing special however it was definitely less than I would want
