I order Uber Eats because I cannot leave my store unattended today, I’m solo! So I order my lunch, I get a large fry, & paid extra…. But what I received was the size of a small. I also requested extra seasoning, it was not added. $2.35 for a 2oz cup of slaw?!? Do I need to say anything about this….. and the tenders are getting smaller and smaller every time I order…. Trimming down and raising the prices…. It’s wrong!!! I ordered via Uber Eats and because I’m not there to inspect everything, I’m easily ripped off?! I don’t think so…. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered online for the first time in a while. Once again this place needs to get it together! Fries were ordered no seasoning one came no seasoning but extremely crispy and oily, the other had seasoning. 6 finger plate came with 5. And the wings and things had fingers that were so small. But the best part was my Cobb salad had cucumbers with the peeling. They’ve always been peeled. So when I called about my order I asked the manager if a procedure had been changed and this manager stated he had been working there for over a year and they had NEVER peeled cucumbers…..

hi I went by around 7:15 pm and ordered a zax snack tossed in wimpy with a strawberry lemonade and an extra zax sauce as well as another entree. I made the mistake of not checking my food prior because I got a completely different item, I received the kicken chicken sandwich. I tried to call to let them know and was forwarded to voicemail three times. It was an okay experience for a fast food restaurant, however having my called forwarded when I was trying to call to let them know their mistake wasn’t pleasant.

Outstanding fast food! Customer service was awesome (Wyatt) and helped me pick out a salad. Our girls loved the chicken strips basket. Great atmosphere and clean, comfortable!

What happened? Food quality is not the same. Dry chicken. Shrimp taste like the chicken. The shrimp is awful. If you can’t do it right. Don’t do it. I was a big fan of Zaxby’s for years. It’s just not the same.

I went through the drive-thru and placed an order, my order was not repeated back to me, The employee at the window did not greet me, confirm my order, or speak much at all. When I received my food, it was incorrect, so I called the store to have it fixed.
The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I explained the issue, he stayed silent as if expecting me to provide a solution. After a long pause, he finally said—in a very unprofessional tone—that I could come back and have the order corrected. I thanked him, and he immediately hung up. It felt as though he did not believe me when I said my order was wrong. This type of energy is not welcoming, friendly, or reassuring.

The woman at the speaker was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. She made me repeat my order multiple times as if I wasn’t speaking clearly, then had the audacity to leave me sitting there for FIVE minutes with no response. No greeting, no acknowledgment. Nothing. And when I finally tried to continue with my order, she sounded irritated, like I was inconveniencing her. I’m sorry, but since when is ordering food at a FAAST FOOD restaurant an inconvenience? If she doesn’t want to do her job, she shouldn’t be working the drive-thru. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I love this chain but I had one of my worst experiences in a fast food place in recent times. The place was totally filthy and I told the person taking my order it really needs cleaned up and he just blew me off. He kept mumbling and I could hardly understand him. had zero understanding of customer service. They all looked like they didn’t wanna be there.
Pretty sure the person that took my order was so high he couldn’t even comprehend what I was saying: food was greasy and horrible and it’s probably one of the worst ran Zaxbys in Alabama.
Somebody needs to get this place in line because the Saturday night staff was a joke.

On my way to work I stopped in to grab lunch. I’ve never had the tacos so I thought I’d try the avocado tacos tossed in Buffalo garlic with a side of fries. It was ring up properly. The kid at the register verified my order. Received the order timely. I should have checked. The older lady in the back just threw a chicken finger, slice of tomato and a pinch of lettuce in all three. Not tossed. The fries were soggy like they haven’t been rotated. I didn’t have time to drive back because of work. For 14 dollars that was sad. I most likely will not return to that location.
