I usually go inside and it’s hit or miss so I am used to it at this point. I went through the chipotlane because I am tired and just got off work. I ordered a kids meal and a chicken protein cup. The worker forgot the drink and when I reminded her she said oh yeah what would you like. No apology but again that’s expected with this location in terms of service.

Anyways the main issue is that I got home and the protein cup is half full. The picture they have the chicken is overflowing which I am not even asking for. Just fill It up to the lid. On top of that the entire chicken was hard and crunchy and filled with cartilage.

I tried using the app for help and it kept messing up and freezing so please dont tell me to contact you on your website.

I am writing to express a serious concern regarding food safety practices I personally observed at your establishment.

I do not know whether your employees are properly trained in cross-contamination prevention or whether they hold valid California Food Handler Cards. However, I witnessed an employee checking food temperatures, wiping the thermometer on a towel, inserting it into another item, and then wiping it again on the same towel. This practice was repeated.

This is a clear violation of basic food safety and sanitation standards and poses a serious risk of cross-contamination. I hold a California Food Handler Card myself and have maintained it for years, so I am very familiar with proper procedures. Using the same towel in this manner is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary.

I strongly recommend that management review proper temperature-checking and sanitation procedures with staff and ensure all employees are adequately trained and certified. Situations like this can put customers at risk and should be addressed immediately.

I went to this Chipotle for the first time, thinking it would be a decent experience since it’s fairly new. Walking into the store, it appeared dirty with food and napkins all over the floor. The benches / chairs looked like they had been brought in from and old store that had closed down. The service was decent, excluding how I asked multiple times for a bag of chips and never received them; thankfully I didn’t pay for them. My drive home was short and both meals in my order were as cold as can be. Overall, disappointed with the experience given how new this location is.

Came on a Friday night at 8:45, they were already cleaning up and there was no meat out. They had one girl working the line while the others were pre cleaning for close. This girl was trying her best but they weren’t helping her at all to get the line down. She was refilling everything by herself. Meanwhile what I’m assuming is the “supervisor” is worried about what music is playing on his Bluetooth speaker giggling at his phone. While the line kept building he was more interested in chatting up his coworkers staring at his phone than helping this poor girl. Props to her for keeping her cool because I can imagine how frustrating it is

Don’t do mobile order drive thru here. Usually I go inside and the portions are normal and service is decent. This is the second time I’ve gone through mobile order at this specific location, get home and am disappointed. I ordered double meat and there was barely any in my bowl. Food was cold.

When does chipotle first opened, I would take advantage of the drive-through only because I have a baby. I used to tip, but I have since stopped only because they always forget the utensils. So if you’re reading this and you wonder why I never tip it because you always forget the utensils!

Beautiful bowl but all the meat in the photo is all of the meat in the bowl. You would think if you’re paying almost $20, they’d be a bit more generous with the protein. Not the first time either. Order in person, not on the app and maybe they won’t skimp out.

My biggest issue is that the people here do not know how to smile or even greet you. Everytime regardless of who is there, you will hear one or two words from the person serving you. Its like I’m at a prison food line. People blasting vulgar music can’t even bring the family anymore and the one in the back and the one serving is avoiding any social interaction as you just stand there waiting. My family and I have been coming here since opening almost every day and its always the same. We enjoy the food but even that as of late has gotten so sloppy. During three separate instances, I have seen the carnitas meat juice full on leaking into the queso so I cannot imagine someone who does not eat meat eating there. Just so frustrating and for no reason besides lack of training and any caring or effort. I really hope you work on fixing these issues as many people have also pointed out as I want to keep coming here but I have almost had enough.

They give you no meat and over stuff your burrito with rice. My burrito was soaked from the salsa and instantly fell apart. The little to no carnitas I did have had no flavor and was really fatty. Would not recommend this chipotle.
