Hello, my family just went to the Lakeside store in San Diego County. My boys were so excited to use the coupons they received at a heart screening event. However, the store manager quickly looked our coupons and said they don’t accept them at their store, because it doesn’t say their store address. However, the buy one regular sandwich and get one free coupon clearly states it can be used in San Diego County. At least a 100 kids went to this event, which saddens me they will be denied. How can a franchise owner veer from the Jersey Mike’s brand of giving back to the community. When I asked the manager for the owner’s contact information he did not provide it. He said to go to the website. The store owner hidea behind brand but doesn’t honor the Jersey Mike’s brand.

Plenty of parking. It was busy when we arrived. Several people in line. They made errors creating 1 of the sandwiches and had to make a new one. It was busy and I can see how they confused the orders. Also missed a different sandwich when they rang it up so we made 2 transactions. In the end I received the correct order and was satisfied. The employees had good attitudes and that made the experience more enjoyable. Store was clean and had seating inside. This was my first time eating at a Jersey Mikes. I was satisfied but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. For me there is a better sandwich shop option in Lakeside.

Went in during the lunch rush for an online order. The team was running great. A team member looked to be training and even during the rush the trainer was calm and efficient. Great job to the trainer and the new team member.
