Disgusting, I wouldn’t order their food again. I got pepperoni rolls that had long brown hair through it. None of these workers wear gloves or hair nets. My BF went to pick up our food and workers weren’t wearing gloves were touching their hair and putting bare hands in pockets and touching food. So he left without food. Decided to give them another chance and found a lot of strands of hair intertwined in our pepperoni rolls

Ordered from Vocelli Pizza in Verona for the first time tonight and we had an overall great experience. The customer service over the phone was excellent. The person who answered our call was very helpful, offered suggestions, and a coupon discount we didn’t even know about. The employee went out of his way to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and appreciated service. The delivery was also pretty quick (within 20 minutes), which is great considering that we’ve waited up to an hour for delivery from other pizza places. We ordered pizza and wings and both were really tasty. Wings were crispy and had great flavored sauces. Pepperoni pizza was delicious and came recommended by the employee we spoke to. Very satisfied, would order again!

Ordered the ultimate pepperoni pizza for delivery. I’m sick,didn’t feel like leaving the house. Order comes: not my pizza. I called number provided in text. No answer. After 5 min a girl whose english I could barely understand answers the phone. I explain the issue with my order. When the delivery driver comes back we can deliver the right one she says. Left out to go get it. Its supposed to be an ultimate pepperoni pizza. I’ve had it before at the Vandergrift location so I KNOW what it looks like. This thing doesnt even come close. The workers are blaming it on the corporation who sends the pepperoni. Nah, y’all just don’t know what your doing or how to make stuff right. That’s a 1 and done for me. Avoid this place.

I just ordered from there and I ordered a pepperoni pizza online. When I went to pick it up I opened the Box and saw that there was no pepperoni so I asked for a new one they said 10 minutes. So I waited 10 minutes and came back got home and as you can see it’s just cold pepperoni threw on the pizza and reheated. The whole reason I get your pizzas is for the crispy pepperoni.

I ordered three pizzas from Vocelli’s yesterday, and the delivery driver showed up with only two. When I asked him about the missing pizza, he shrugged and said that’s all the restaurant gave him. I called the store immediately, explained the issue, and the kid who answered casually said, “Yeah, it’s here. I mean, you can come and get it—I don’t know.”
I explained that I was hosting a party, which is why I paid for delivery in the first place, and asked if they could deliver the missing pizza. His response? “Maybe, I’m not sure.” Completely unhelpful and apathetic. I asked to speak to someone else who might actually know what was going on, and he hung up on me.
When I called back, he answered again and told me “the people here don’t know you, so they don’t care”—and tried to pin it on the driver for not checking the receipt. I asked once more to speak to someone else. A different person got on the phone and said they were working on getting me a voucher for a future meal for my missing, already paid-for pizza.
I made it clear that a voucher wouldn’t suffice because I would never be ordering from Vocelli’s again. I asked for a refund, and she said she’d have to call the manager—then hung up. I called back again and was told I’d get a call once they spoke to the manager. I never got a call back, and I’m still waiting for a refund for a pizza that never arrived.
Look, I get that a lot of young people work in places like this, but there needs to be basic customer service training, especially when your business messes up an order. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and the lack of professionalism was astonishing.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

When there for a chicken alfredo told me 15-20 mins I’m there 22mins later and still not done wait another 10 mins it’s done but then they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with there system didn’t have cash so I wasn’t able to purchase my food because their system was messed up
