My wife occasionally does one of the food delivery services.
Today she needed to go to Little Caesar’s on Main Street in Santa Maria.
First of all, the store looks like it’s in a third world country.
The entryway is filthy as well as the floor inside.
My wife asked the young girl wearing the Black Ops hat if this order was ready for pick up.
She rudely grunted, “It’s in there.”, referring to the automated storage container sitting on the counter.
My wife plugged in the code number, the machine made a noise, but the door did not open. She tried it again with the same result. She told the girl that the door didn’t open. After a glare and an eye roll, the girl reached in and grabbed the food and without a word, tossed the items on the counter and turned her back.
I can assure anyone reading this that this will be the last time I do any kind of business with this place.
A decent manager wouldn’t put up with this kind of behavior from an employee.

Went to Little Caesars on Main St. June 3rd between the hours of 5:25 and 5:45. I was greeted by a rude employee working the register. Ordered my pizza at the storefront. When my order was ready the young lady slammed my pizza on the counter with a sacastic “thank you”. Opened my box at home to no surprise my pizza was burned.

I love little caesars pizza, but recently i went to the location at main st of Santa Maria California, and the service was really rude from the cashier which was a young girl who tries to push us to order faster and when i got my pizza she tossed my change and she never apologize for it and also the employees at the back in the kitchen speak rude comments outloud that we can hear them clear they might hate their job or they have terrible salary , but that isn’t customers fault, this happened on tuesday 10th of june 2025 at 10, 30 pm.

I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni and a crazy bread combo they tried charging me 18.20 the price shouldn’t be close to that and they didn’t justify any reason to why. I didn’t add anything on. Just horrible service & price gouging.
