I’ve been to many Haitian restaurants but This gives us that Haiti feel. The authentic vibe is what we liked to start. Sabine cooks very good and she loves what she does. The best of the best. She also great with customers.

As a chef, I’m very selective, especially when it comes to Haitian cuisine, which I usually prefer to cook myself. However, I’ve tried this restaurant on a few occasions, including catered platters for a birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was flavorful and well prepared.

Today I ordered the poisson gros sel, and it was really good—well seasoned and enjoyable. From a professional perspective, I would note that the kabut was a bit oilier than I prefer and not as tender as expected, though the flavor itself was good.

Overall, this restaurant is definitely on the right path. The owner is warm and welcoming, the place is very clean, and the food shows care and potential. I look forward to returning and seeing it continue to grow. Sabine you rock!!!

I ate here a few years ago when my folks and I were trying the Haitian restaurants in the area. It was really good. No complaints. 4.5/5 cause nobody’s perfect, but I would eat here again. For me it’s always about the taso and akra so if that’s good then we’re just about halfway there. I wish I had some pictures cause the presentation was nice too. Wait time was typical. The cashier was in good spirits and making us laugh. Mind you though this was like 4 years ago so I don’t know what improved or deteriorated, but I wanted to give a good rating to a restaurant that I would like to try again

Absolutely amazing experience! This Haitian restaurant in Tampa is a true hidden gem. The food was incredible, full of authentic flavor and clearly made fresh to order. We did have to wait a little, but it was totally worth it because you could taste the freshness in every bite.
The customer service was just as impressive, warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their food. Everything felt genuine and made with love.
If you’re looking for authentic Haitian cuisine in Tampa, this is the place to go! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! ️

nou ap boule. Hands down one of the best Haitian food places I’ve been to in the Tampa area. Sabine is such a breath of fresh air. Food always top tier and fresh. The griot is my favorite with the black rice and Mac and cheese. I introduced a few of my friends and family to this restaurant and I most definitely can say they enjoyed the food and service. That steamed spicy red snapper fish is EVERYTHING. Don’t hesitate to eat Ms. Sabine authentic Haitian cuisine

Food was delicious and Mrs. Sabine was a sweetheart! Make sure to call ahead to order. Food has 15-20 cook time.

Menu as of 5/27/24 I recommend calling to confirm the items and pricing for the day.

We had the legume (second picture) with rice and peas and the curry goat (third picture) with white rice and sospwa. Food was pipping hot and tasty. We will be back again.

Had the pleasure this past weekend of getting take out from the restaurant and man oh man was it good! Awesome flavour with everything! As a pescatarian that doesn’t eat meat, she made fried and steam fish that was season to the bone on Friday! Saturday I wanted to Uber eats a veggie legume that was out of my service area! She hand delivered herself to my hotel and gave me the most amazing macaroni and cheese for free! Amazing service, the best in Tampa and you won’t regret buying from her!

The lady has a 10/10 customer service sense. She accomodates her customer’s demand and treats you, speaks to you with respect like if she knew you before.
When it comes to the food, she knows how to throwing it down. He fried goat and griyot are crispy. The pikliz is not for the weak .

I’m not sure about the reviews that say this place had salty and spoiled meat. I’ve been here several times and Sabine never disappoints. Her food is always fresh and savory. I love the fact that the pikliz is actually spicy, and she’s incorporated jalapenos on top of the scotch bonnet peppers. She has the best plantains as they are super crispy and hot to the taste. I cannot begin with how amazing the fried pork was. I hope she expands her business, especially to areas in Wesley Chapel.

She’s very welcoming and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into her food that makes me coming back about twice a month! My whole family comes here now. The food is amazing, she accommodates to the pescatarians also by making a delicious meatless legumes!
I’ve tried a lot on the menu and everything is great! I happen to stumble into here 1 day trying a new Haitian restaurant and her pikliz sold me! The best in the area and the prices are great for the portions. I eat for 2 days.
She’s made some changes inside too that make it more inviting & clean!
