The Market Basket needs to learn to use seasonings. The food is EXTREMELY bland. I got 3 mini tacos from the taco stand and you taste more lettuce than anything, and it’s filled with grease. I also ordered a cheese omelet one day for breakfast and it tasted like I was eating grease. It’s ok to add a little salt and pepper. I ended up throwing the omelet in the trash. I refuse to get anything from the breakfast bar.

I was very upset this afternoon at 2:15pm when I went into the restaurant to get some food. I picked 2 boiled eggs, a little bit of Cesar salad, 1 small cube of toe food and a scoop of plain white rice. but when i got to the register, my cost was $19.76 for 1.37 lb weight. when i complained I was told they charge $12.99 per pound. So someone will pack a whole container of French fries or fried rice and be made to pay the same amount as the one who packed the same weight of Salmon. $12.99/lb in the such a location is too much.

Since Covid, this building is only at 20% occupancy, so the Mark Center has virtually no food options. A few pieces of wilted lettuce at the salad bar, and burgers and sandwiches are the only options. Be prepared to pack and bring in your own lunch!

Every few weeks they lower the offerings or raise the prices. The silliest was when iced tea became 2.99… Yes, more than a fountain soda. More than a bottle soda. Today they decided they don’t do half sandwiches with the small soup. I’m crossing the street to go to Finn and porters. If I’m gonna pay a fortune, I might as well get food prepared specifically for me.

The food is not good here. Super expensive and just not good. May have 2 or 3 items that are somewhat decent, but dont get anything too heavy (broc, fruit) because it will be like $15! Better off going off site.

The food is decent but the prices don’t match the quality. They’d make much more money if they lowered the cost.
