This Establishment was truly unprofessional. My husband and I ordered (Delivery) food from there and while my order was made correct, my husband ordered general tso chicken and lo mein noodles. His whole platter was extremely spicy and when we informed them about the issue, they told us that they’re not obligated to inform the customer that the chicken is made spicy. They refused to come back to pick their order up to exchange their product since they had “no drivers available”. They refused to resolve the issue and constantly put us on hold when we asked for a manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will not order from them again.

The food quality has improved and is now quite tasty. However, be aware that portion sizes appear to have decreased substantially…..likely a trade-off under “new management.” ♀️

Ordered beef LO Mein. A simple dish to make but they did not cook the beef all of the way. When I called to complain the Manger said “the chief said he cooked it the regular way”. When asked for the driver to come pick it up and see for himself she said her boss said no because they are busy and can’t do anything at this time. Last time I’m ordering here. A credit or refund was definitely required. Bad customer service.
