Went on a Sunday and got the $4.99 sub of the day (the spicy Italian). I removed the jalapeños and added banana peppers and seasonings and it was perfect! Very happy with the quality and value of the sandwich deal!
The location was very clean and modern. There was a good selection of chips, but there could have been more fountain drink choices in my opinion.
Service was great and all of the employees were very nice and helpful!

Was fairly busy when I was there and the employees were on top of it. My sandwich was above average, the employees were extremely pleasant. I would go back here again in a heartbeat.

Got a sloppy job of a sandwich and salad when we ordered. Salad wasn’t chopped and sandwich looked like a mess! Why is it that every time I order online, they seem to make it a goal for “worst assembled food” ??

I doordash on occasion and today was the first day in months that it didn’t feel like a complete inconvenience to even walk in the door at Subway, doordash or not, which I’d prefer having an order and just making it than listening to someone decide what they want on their sandwich in real time but that’s me. There were 5 people working in there, no customers, one guy making a sandwich which I asked if he was working on my order and he said “no, over there” which meant the pay counter where this sweet blonde girl was finishing my order. She double checked the order and sent me on my way to which she was the only one to thank you and tell me have a good day which is one more person that greeted me, “welcome to subway!”. Meaning, not one of the 5 people acknowledged I walked through the door.

Store not honoring coupons. After you get inside they want to know if using a coupon. They will then decide what applies and don’t with no regard to what the advertisement coupon states. We left without food and went to other local sandwich shop.

Twice now they have completely messed up my online order. I called to let them know, they were very rude about it and unlike literally all of the other fast food places in Great Bend that will just give you some kind of credit, Subway makes you take the order back to exchange it for the correct food. I have a 4 month old baby, 2 other kids, work, and I’m a junior in college. I don’t have time for that and if the employees mess up the food, the customer shouldn’t have to go out of their way just to get what they paid for.

We put our order online. Bread was obviously “yesterdays” bread. It was stale and dry. Got on road and opened sandwich and honey mustard was ALL over the wrapper and outside of bread, making a mess all over me and my vehicle. You have ONE job…to make a sandwich. Total fail!
