Had the awesome jalapeño bacon cheese burger with fries. Wife had the gyro with corn fritters. It was all delicious and the service was very good as well.

Should have known better when we walked in and noticed that not one person had food at their tables. Waited over an hour for a burger and fries, and it came out COLD. Many people left because the wait was so long. They cook everything one plate at a time so each person gets their plates at different times. It would be ok if the food came out hot. We also saw the kitchen staff smoking which is disgusting. They also had to give half of our table plastic silverware because they were short. Servers touched the rim of cups putting down drinks and touched the tines of the forks. Definitely not worth the wait or your money for the quality of food.

The food here was always amazing, the customer service is always friendly no matter who is waitressing/waitering. Breakfast is served all day and I suggest the omelet’s, which are extremely filling. Not looking for breakfast? That’s okay because lunch items and dinner meals are also always available after 12pm . And the option to load majority of the items on the menu with extra stuff for only a little extra to your bill is wonderful. You can see them make the tea throughout the day so you know it is fresh every time you get a glass. They have wonderful specials almost every other day, normally consisting of delicious Mexican food. The menu is small but as I said earlier they are willing to make custom orders. The ambiance is very homestyle, a beautiful combination between old school Burger stop and classy diner. After your meal you can look at their collection of jewelry a memorabilia at the pay counter. All in all I highly recommend Bitner’s Cafe if you’re ever in the Waynoka area, it is an experience you won’t want to miss.
