Came in indecisive on what I wanted to eat the cashier was very friendly and helpful, with this cold weather I decided on “caldo de albondigas” (soup) delicious. for dessert I had their churros soo good! Accessibility: there is accessible parking right across from the entrance of this building, the nearest parking spots, but if you can’t get those spots then you might have to park farther away because this lot is always busy. They have a ramp to get up to the store and the doors are pull doors. Inside it is very spacious. They speak Spanish and English and have seating inside and outside.
Experience: the food was really good but not the best Mexican I have had in North County. It was also a little expensive. Two Carne asada fries amd a large drink cost 32 dollars. It was good food though. Overall a good experience!

Traveling for work, and I wanted tacos for Tuesday. Checked this place out since it was close to the hotel. Honestly underwhelmed. The street tacos were ok, but not as good as other places I’ve been too. The crunchy taco lacked flavor, and broke apart after my 2nd bite. I had a plate full of lettuce, and not much else(pics). And $8 for a beer? I have heard from other locals that there are better places in the area.

No greeting when I stepped in the door. The place was split between the restaurant which was well lit and the cantina which was dimmed and had its own mood. Took a while for the lady to come in the front and take our order. Ordered the Jr monster Philly. The flavor and party in my mouth was AMAZING. The cheese pull and the meat so tender. The peppers and onion OMG. Also had the horchata was delicious perfect sweetness and not so chalky. The salsa bar didn’t have lemon and looked very bare. Only carrots and jalapeños. 4 out of 5 because the counter lady needs some customer service skills and the bare condiments, but the food and presentation was FAB. I’m out!!!

Ordered an El Classico Nachos and a Monster Nachos with Chicken and this is what we got – beans, cheese, chicken, tortilla chips. All other toppings were missing. Didn’t check when picking up which is my fault but called in and they said they couldn’t do anything because I ordered through doordash which I did not, I ordered off their website. The guy that answered the phone could care less and just said “oops there is nothing they can do” and honestly didn’t care. For $16 each we got hosed and will not be going back with that customer service, too bad jilibertos is farther away they are always consistent there. Notice in the photos, 2 different nacho orders that are exactly the same.
I guess when I walked in and they were sweeping and the restaurant was desolate in the late afternoon it was a good indication on quality.

Very good food, good prices, a good mix of just the right flavor and a small amount and some other of the dishes Huge amounts. They had beers as well as good pairing with tacos.
They had a section where it was on the side, more of a bar, I came for lunch but I would like to come back at night for drinks. I did have a beer on my lunch. I would come back. They also had a very good mango Margarita with chamoy rim.
