Got delivery and ordered the 5 beef rolled tacos. I’m not sure what kind of tortillas they used but I didn’t like the aftertaste and honestly the toppings were well proportioned which helped with taste but wouldn’t order again. Not much flavor tbh and it’s comparable to microwaveable taquitos. My boyfriend got their basic breakfast burrito and I literally gagged and asked him what that liquid was in there and he said it’s the beans and that honestly tasted like watered down beans. Was really looking forward to eating the food as the pics look and sound good but sadly disappointed/:

I ask for Carne Asada Fries and did not like the presentation and the amount of meat on the fries was very little and cut into extremely small pieces & makes it hard to enoy and taste the meat the food was not served hot and I noticed that the cheese over the fries had not melted like it does on most Carne Asada Fries. I Asked for a large blue Horchata and got a small regular cup when asked if it was a mistake they told me at the counter that that is the large cup they have.

I came here for the first time because I was curious to see what this place was about. I ordered a Chorizo breakfast burrito. I really did enjoy the burrito. It was well made and very sharable. I tried the boneless wings with Cajun flavoring and I enjoyed that as well.
The only things I didn’t enjoy was the Pineapple Cucumber drink and the Fresa(strawberry) drink.
So sorry. I had to return it. It didn’t have the flavor and consistency I was looking for. I was unable to drink it, and neither was my husband. The Fresa is too thick and it tasted chemically and unnatural. It looked like pepto bismol. The Pineapple Cucumber drink made me feel nauseous just by tasting it.
I would only come back for the burrito and chicken.

Maybe I need to try something else but this Burrito is by far from good. Where’s the rest of the meat, rice and beans? It has more tortilla than anything… I thought the meat would be good but doesn’t feel fresh or has great flavor. 🙁

The Blue Burro shares the same building with Buffalo Spot as one unit own by Buffalo Spot owners. My wife and I including our family decided to come the Buffalo Spot and The Blue Burro because we split on wings and burritos. They have a good menu serving burritos,tacos,quesadilla,fries and chips,rolled tacos,and salad and also especially their shakes.

This is one of those places where the food ain’t cheap, but it’s worth every penny. I ordered the Blue’s famous rolled tacos, and let me tell you, it was out of this world. The rolled tacos are covered in guacamole, lettuce, carne asada, shrimp and more lettuce and tomato. “Amazing”, this is definitely the plate you have to order. Also ordered the campechana asada fries, which included carne asada and adobada, with guacamole, sour cream and cotija cheese. The portions sizes are shareable, but one can indulge. The blue horchata is very good, but don’t expect a whole different taste from regular horchata. Overall the experience was amazing. Very friendly staff and plenty of parking. I will update this post, after I try other items on their menu.

Unfortunately I have to drop them from 5 stars to 1. We went in to order food to go, as we are standing right in front of them cooking,one of the employee’s starts spraying the wall that is right in front of the grill with cleaning products/chemicals, the asada meat was getting cooked as well as the flour tortilla for my order. When I asked them if they could stop spraying that chemical right by the food, the other employee had an attitude and told the employee that was cleaning that I was calling her, so I told her that she shouldn’t be spraying chemicals right in front of a grill that has food, her response was that the vent absorbs all the chemical, so I told her thats not how aerosol sprays works, once sprayed they fly everywhere. So she hardly apologized and went to a back room. They packed my order didn’t even offer to make it again since what they were giving me was full of chemicals. So we get home just to find the surf and turf order badly made, they only threw in 4 shrimps,asada,fries,and guacamole, didn’t add the rest of the ingredients,plus im sure they did it on purpose to add more salt because it was extremely salty, so that order went straight to the trash. My husband order was asada fries, same they just added the meat fries and cheese, with a strand of hair. That went to the trash as well. My son’s asada quesadilla went to the trash as well because the meat was extremely salty. We paid 60 dollars for the trash can to enjoy. Never again.
Highly recommend we ordered a variety and it was all very tasty. The surf n turf taco was perfect, veggies were fresh and crisp, shrimp was fresh aswell, cooked on the spot. Asada nachos were good, and the burritos were so big and good amount of ingredients, the campechana burrito was my favorite and my son loved the asada quedadilla. Best item ever was the green salsa,i was adding it to everything so worth the drive.

The food was perfect but the customer service we received was . The young lady who assisted us was just phenomenal. Servicing, cleaning and always asking if there was anyone else very attentive. What was the cherry on top was when she brought down the blinds for me and my wife and the couple in front of us. We will be back I hope this place is taking care of her!!!!

I wouldn’t come back here.. especially after talking to the owner. How are you going to blame your customer for ordering something that is on your menu? I ordered Campehana chips and they were extremely greasy. It was swimming in oil.. He told me due to me customizing my meats. That is why my food tasted so bad. Then why have that item in your menu? I am specifically talking about their adobada meat. He said I shouldn’t have replaced it because the original plate had Asada. Upon looking at their menu, they have their own individual adobada plate.. with the same ingredients as the asada!! so I felt like the owner called to cry and fight with me. He said he wanted to know my side to know what went wrong but I heard excuses the whole phone call. Don’t waste your time here.
