Had the $7.00 special – 2 pics chicken, biscuit, mashed potatoes/gravy, apple pie bites. Served promptly, hot and fresh.
The pie bites are pretty simple, very small, almost no apple.
Atmosphere was mostly spartan tables. In short, passable – but not much better. This was a KFC/Taco Bell place.

I asked the cashier(rude fat lady) for fresh fries. She went over to the cook and asked him how old were these fries. He picked one up and said he just cooked them. I paid for my order, went to restroom to wash my hands and when I got back my bag was laying on the counter. Not only was my large fry not full, but they were cold.

I called an 8 piece order at 11am. to be picked up at 4 pm. The staff was not ready as they decided who was operating the register. A crew member asked if I wanted the food fresh. Speaking to the manager was a challenge in itself as he seemed incompetent to take an order or manage. I don’t plan to order any large order from this restaurant. After giving my order 4 times, the manager said he didn’t like my tone. How should someone sound who’s hearing impaired & annoyed from repeating themselves 4 times??

This has to be the worst location in the US I’ve traveled a lot in my life and recently relocated to Alabama and this KFC is up the street from the house I bought and I have attempted eating here 3 times and every single time my fries are stale and room temperature… This time I specifically asked if the fries were fresh and of course she said yes but once again stale fries weren’t even warm and everything tastes old like it’s been sitting all day my sandwich chicken wasn’t hot either this is by far the worst place to stop it’s a waste of money and gas

Placed a mobile order, and when I got in they told me it’d be 5 more minutes. It has now been 30 minutes and still no sign of my food. Also when I walked in 2 of the employees were on their phones and 1 was just hitting her vape. Unbelievably bad service

I Got chicken strips as I usually do when going to KFC but they where hardly edible from this location. All of my chicken strips had chewy skin on them and I literally had to take it off including the breading to actually eat the chicken strips. I have never had this problem at any kfc location except this one. KFC chicken strips are already more expensive then they are at most restaurants so this is very disappointing.

The greeter at the drive had clear gloves on with food residue on her gloves didn’t take them to charge my card then hands my food and the wrong receipt in my bags I then go back to windows after checking to make sure I wasn’t overcharge for what food I got the the man and the states I was given the wrong receipt and I also heard other employees making remarks I WON’T GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGO

The food was good & they got the order correct. But, it seemed like they didn’t drain the tomatoes and/or lettuce before putting it on the soft taco supremes. The wrappers were literally falling apart before we could even eat them. Hard to do when you’re in a car. (Not driving!)

Ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken for my 87 year old neighbors yesterday, June 22. When I took it to them, there was only 3 drumsticks and 2 thighs in their bucket. I paid over 12 dollars for the bucket. I went back today and gave the man in charge my receipt from my visit. He said he would try to figure out what to do. That was supposed to be their dinner for 2 days. I will still patronize the store because we live in the country here in Alabama and there aren’t many choices. That day there were no customers inside and I was the only one in the drive thru. I understand that things happen. I just felt bad for my neighbors.
