Stopped in for lunch before my husband and his band played a show at WC Social Club tonight. The waitress we had was sweet! The food was seasoned amazingly. It was all so delicious and I wish I didn’t get full before it wasn’t all gone

Javi Mexican Grill in West Chicago is a total gem! The Chicken Torta is absolutely amazing—perfectly seasoned, juicy chicken with fresh ingredients and great bread. It’s easily one of the best tortas I’ve had in the area.
The agua frescas are super refreshing and taste homemade, which makes the meal even better. On top of the great food, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Another big plus is the plenty of free parking in the lot, which makes it super convenient—especially if you’re grabbing food before a concert at WC Social. This is definitely a go-to spot, and I’ll be coming back again and again!

We discovered Javi’s on Sunday and couldn’t wait to come back—we were already back Wednesday. The food is absolutely delicious, and the salsas are next-level: bold, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. We tried the tacos, the garlic shrimp plate, and the tampiqueña, and every single dish hit—so good. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for touring musicians to get great food next to WC Social club.
Affordable, Super friendly service, food is amazing and definitely made with love. The chips are homemade, the fajitas are exceptional & The horchata was very refreshing. Highly Recommended !!! Gracias!!!!!

Got take out on a Sunday night- our first time trying the place and we were pleased with the food. We got the steak fajitas and 2 steak tacos- portion sizes were good and the meat was well seasoned. Not the most tender meat I’ve ever had but for a fast-casual place it was pretty good. Their rice was excellent- not dry and also well seasoned. Definitely will add this place to the rotation!
