This subway has the best staff ever!!! Sheila always goes out of her way to make me and my family feel welcome and knows my order from memory. This location is always clean and smiles all around, both staff and customers! I recommend this location for both eating in and catering needs. When ever I’m in town I always stop by for a quick sandwich and welcoming atmosphere. Try it out if you’re close by and experience it for yourself.

As long as the tall Indian guy isn’t working it’s ok. Read the other reviews. If he is working the meat on your sandwich is almost non existent. Idk if he is the owner and is trying to save money by giving no meat but this is the 2nd time he’s done it to me personally.

We were at this location my husband and I and in the website it says they’re opened until 9:00pm so we always come here after OTC workout and this girl named Gillian told us we had to leave bc they were behind closing and we could not stay and eat our sandwich. We have never had an issue in the past until now. She said that they close for dining at 7pm but no where on the website or the door says that and when we asked for the manager she said this person is only here in the morning and those were his rules? What? A lot of people from surrounding gyms want to get something to eat and classes end up at 8:00-8:10 so imagine how much money they’re pushing away. Do not come here unless you want to deal with super rude young people who are behind on closing duties and kick customers out. The most important parts about running a business is making sure you do your work, you have good customer service skills and always put priority on customer and you’re not lazy or rude. Go to the grocery store and get some good healthy ingredients and make yourself a healthy sandwich where you don’t have to deal with attitudes. This is the only time this has happened as the other people who work there have been nothing but nice. I feel bad for the owner who trust people like this girl who give the business a bad reputation and turns customers away in a rude way. Not wonder so many of these subways are going out of business. It’s sad, unfortunate and unnecessary. DO NOT COME HERE!
Coming here lets these people continue to do bad work, be lazy, be behind closing duties, have attitudes and not improve in all of the above. If you want changes demand them and people need consequences for all of the above and owner needs to get on these people and improve the reputation of this place.

Placed order online. Waiting for me when I got there. Most of it was good. I ordered a monster steak and cheese w/extra meat and cheese on jalapeno cheddar only no jalapenos on bread. The worst tomatoes I have ever seen. I didn’t know they came in crunchy yellow. Usually it takes me two sittings to eat one if these monsters. Not this one, whole thing in less than one sitcom. So so sandwich, excellent service. Will never order on line again. If I can’t see them, I ain’t ordering.

Today I ordered 3 foot longs under the coupon of 3 foot longs for 19.99. My order fits within the confines of the coupon as I’ve made this precise order with the same coupon 2 other times (2 weeks ago and a month and a half ago). I ordered an ultimate bmt an Italian sub and a cbr sub. They rang my order up differently from how I asked and proceeded to tell me that they have a sign that contradicts the coupon. I’m definitely leaving a complaint with corporate as well this is poor business practice and makes it so the customer can’t go to get their food with a coupon knowing that it’ll work. Ended up paying 1.5x what i was expecting to spend very dissatisfied.

My overall review is due to the lack Of care for cross contamination.They do not switch their gloves between customers and they keep the same gloves on as they handle the register. I went once and asked the younger girls to please change her gloves as you were handling the register and that’s dirty. Then the second time I went I ask the younger guy to change his closed as he was cleaning, sorted out the food, touching the register all with the SAME pair of gloves. If you get sick from eating here it’s probably because they are DIRTY! Also, he was sipping a stain off his pants with his gloves on and wanted to start my sandwich. I’m sad to say I won’t be back even though it’s so close to my work…

Save your money and go down the hill to the better one. This one sucks! They won’t put extras on (but will charge), don’t toast your sandwich, and save money by putting less than normal amounts on despite ordering extra. NEVER order online and expect the WORST customer service and sanitary practices inside. Literally the worst Subway in the US! Not sure how they’re even still in business.
